Great place, hard to get in. This is a beautiful place. Well designed, spacious & comfortable, and nicely located. The only problem is there is no reception, no office, no one there. They send a code for the door on the day of your arrival, but you can't call them to get this info until after 4 pm. It would help if they sent this info the day before so we know what to expect. Other guests staying there said they had the same problem.

The service was nonexistent; there was no Wi-Fi, the TV didn't work, it was very damp, and there were those mold flies. It's nice, but it has many problems that no one addresses. No matter how many times we called, we were always connected to another hotel in Jerez, and they kept saying they would fix it, but nothing ever happened. I have unanswered emails; they completely ignore me and just refer you to consumer protection. It's awful.
