Crowne Plaza VIENTIANE by IHG

The room was very clean. The bed was super soft and the pillows were great. The room itself was spacious. The bathroom was excellent, especially the bathtub – it was perfect for a soak. The view was also lovely. The food was delicious, and the staff provided excellent service.

The nail salon was a bit disappointing, but the service was great and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options!

The hotel is located in the city center, making it very convenient for getting around. The staff were attentive from the moment I checked in. The room itself was clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. It was definitely good value for money.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The location is superb, making it easy to get around and great for shopping. The room was spotless, thoughtfully laid out, and the bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin. All the toiletries were provided, and both the hot water and Wi-Fi speed were excellent. The staff were warm, polite, and handled both check-in and check-out efficiently. The hotel was quiet and peaceful overall, and the value for money was outstanding. I genuinely recommend it!

The overall location is great, with convenient transportation, and you can walk to several night markets. The breakfast is also very rich. The 3 Merchants Restaurant within the hotel serves excellent French cuisine – a truly beautiful meal. My only minor gripes are that while it's perfectly fine as a luxurious hotel, it falls a bit short if you're expecting a true five-star luxury experience. The welcome drink was very ordinary, and neither the facilities nor the service were particularly kid-friendly.

The room was quite spacious and quiet, with complete facilities. Breakfast offered a rich variety of choices. The service was prompt and the staff had a great attitude. It's not far from the Patuxay Monument and the Mekong River Night Market, and there are a few massage parlors nearby, which is a nice bonus.
