HanTing Hotel (Chengdu Taikoo Li Chunxi Road Pedestrian Street)

Hanting delivered its usual reliable standard—clean, affordable, and with great service. The room was fully equipped, the AC worked like a charm, and the Wi-Fi was fast. You can always trust this hotel chain for a worry-free stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

The room is spacious and conveniently located near Chunxi Road, making transportation easy. The hygiene is well-maintained, and the service response is prompt. The prime location means dining, entertainment, and shopping are all within close reach, making it a great choice for family trips.

I'm so glad I chose the Hanting Hotel on Chunxi Road Pedestrian Street for my trip to Chengdu. The bedding was comfortable, the room was new and clean, the lighting was bright, and the soundproofing was excellent. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the shower had good water pressure. The front desk staff were very helpful, especially the male attendant with white glasses – a special shout-out to him! It was also incredibly convenient for getting around. My kids loved the Mixue Bingcheng and Miniso nearby, and there was a wide array of food options like Xiaolongkan Hotpot, Kaojiang, and Taode Clay Pot – endless culinary delights! School was about to start, and we had originally booked for four days and three nights, but my child didn't want to leave, so we extended for another day. All in all, the Hanting Hotel was absolutely fantastic during our trip to Chengdu, the 'Land of Abundance.' Our departure isn't an end, but the beginning of our next encounter. Hanting looks forward to welcoming us back again!

The environment is excellent; walking into the hotel felt very comfortable. The staff in the lobby were also very friendly. The room was clean and quite smart. The overall stay was great, and the location is perfect, right in Chunxi Road. The only downside is that the mobile signal wasn't very good.

The location isn't very convenient for getting a taxi; you have to walk to the main road to catch one. The room was quite small with a low ceiling, so if the window wasn't open, it felt like the air wasn't circulating well. However, the room was clean, and there was plenty of hot water for showering. The housekeeping staff also provided us with lots of bottled water. The front desk staff were all very good. I had a missing package, and one of the staff members diligently helped me find it, for which I'm very grateful. Downstairs from the hotel, there's a 24-hour hotpot restaurant and many other shops like Mixue Bingcheng, snack bars, coffee shops, and places to buy souvenirs.

My stay here was terrible. The room reeked of disinfectant the moment I walked in. When I asked housekeeping about it, they said it had just been cleaned and the smell would dissipate. It didn't, even after airing it out. I stayed for one night, and by midnight, I started itching all over, and woke up the next morning with an itchy rash all over my body. I immediately contacted the front desk to report the issue, but they denied there was a problem with the room and were dismissive. I paid to stay here to rest, but instead, the room's environment negatively impacted my health, and when I raised the issue, I was just brushed off. There was no way I was staying for the second night, so I cancelled. I advise everyone to book with caution, and if you have allergies, you should definitely avoid this place.
