Very Enjoy!! Room clean, no smell and smoke. The staffs are very friendly and proactively service. The convenience venue to stay, very near the store and MRT. A MUST is breakfast!!

I chose this hotel because it's close to the stadium, as I was in Singapore for a concert. The room view was absolutely stunning, with iconic landmarks right outside my window. Breakfast was also fantastic, with a wide variety of options. My only minor complaint was a slightly unpleasant check-in experience, but the hotel was very proactive in making amends, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a good stay and I'd definitely recommend it to friends.

Once again, RCM has surpassed my expectations of their service. Front desk arranged for the most suitable room for my extra request put up before the stay and ensured my guests and I were able to enjoy the expansive views afforded by the location. The staff were incredibly friendly. Although there was a construction view outside, being on a high floor made it less bothersome for me. Most importantly, it was so clean and spacious, which I absolutely loved!

Having stayed at many Ritz-Carltons, the Singapore one is quite good. The Executive Room's five meals a day were a lifesaver for feeding the kids. Room service was also excellent. The location is convenient, and they even offer transfers to nearby hotels.

I emailed the hotel to mention it was my boyfriend's belated birthday celebration. They provided a cake, candles, and cookies for us. The hotel still feels very new. The breakfast was good, the room comfortable, and the location is excellent, very close to Marina Bay. I went for a run around the city in the morning, which was fantastic! However, one thing I feel could be better compared to other places is that the minibar isn't free; we only got plain water. It would be nice to have some mineral water, small snacks, soft drinks, or juice.
