The environment and views are fantastic. One side overlooks Marina Bay Sands, while the other offers a city view. The room is spacious and comfortable, and the pool is beautiful and relaxing. The only downside was the breakfast; while there was a wide variety of dishes, both Chinese and Western options were quite mediocre in taste. Even the coffee was hard to drink. However, overall, it's still very much worth staying here.

I was quite satisfied with the room, which was located on a quiet high floor. The service was generally good, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices that tasted decent, though the coffee was just average. A highlight was the clever mirror design in the room, offering panoramic views of Gardens by the Bay, the Merlion, and more. One tip: if you book a Marina Bay view room, avoid those next to the elevator, as the noise can be quite disruptive and affect your sleep!

Met expectations, and the location is pretty good. The hotel is surrounded by malls and attractions, so you can walk or take a taxi for the minimum fare to the Merlion Park or Marina Bay Sands.

Had a fantastic stay, definitely worth every penny! The location is super convenient; it's just a short walk to Marina Bay Sands. The cleanliness was impeccable, no complaints there. Plus, every floor has an observation deck, so you don't even need to book a bay-view room to enjoy the scenery.

The hotel's facilities are a bit dated, but the cleanliness is top-notch. There's not much space for luggage in the room, so I had to request a simple luggage rack. The elevators were often crowded and slow. The Club staff, however, were excellent overall and provided great service. I had specifically requested a room above the 30th floor multiple times before check-in, but unfortunately, this wasn't accommodated, which was a bit disappointing. Club benefits included: concierge car service around Marina Bay, two laundry items daily (both regular and dry cleaning), and five meals a day (ranked by usefulness). Newspaper delivery was prompt, and while the room service's large dining table was a bit wobbly, the spa was of a high standard.

Aside from the high price, there's nothing to fault, but then again, the location speaks for itself – it's really close to Merlion Park and Gardens by the Bay. The service, facilities, and breakfast are all top-notch.
