Hampton Inn Salem Boston, MA

Having to pay for parking was a shock - especially @ $27:00! However, when, as a courtesy, we informed the hotel that we'd missed our connection in Amsterdam & couldn't get another flight 'till the following day they offered to re-book our room; no fuss, no surcharge, so much relieved. Very impressed with that level of service.

We always stay at the Hampton Inn in Salem and love it. This time there were some issues. They wanted to charge us $50 to check in an hour early. Never have I had that issue before. We were on the 6th floor and there’s were children running and screaming and also dogs barking at all hours. It was terrible

Staff was friendly, food good. Rooms were ok products in room lotion shampoo coffee pot empty not working but ok since we brought our own and had other options

Parking was easy and conventient, staff were all friendly and welcoming. Very centrally located, didn’t even need to pull the car out for most of the trip. Room and common areas were spotless, modern, and comfortable. Plenty of outlets, room coffee, and the mini fridge and microwave made this a seamless stay. Breakfast was delicious and filing with hot options and a great variety. The room was perfect with so much natural light and a view of old town hall! Stayed for work and would stay again, thanks for a relaxing and luxurious place to rest between all the hustle.

Room and breakfast were both excellent! Don’t be surprised that Parking is $30 per night. The digital room key phone app the hotel included sometimes didn’t work and we had to carry a key-card around anyway
