Toyoko Inn Kumagaya Eki Kita Guchi

This is a reliable Toyoko Inn. I like that the shampoo and conditioner provided are not too rough. I'm also grateful that the facial cleanser is DHC! Every Toyoko Inn I stay at has a clean feeling, so I use them when I'm on a business trip. The free breakfast is appreciated, but I don't always have time to eat it, so I just have coffee.

The facilities are a bit dated, as the hotel isn't new, having opened in 2019. However, it's a decent hotel near Kumagaya Station.

The room was impeccably clean. The weather was cold, so the noise of the machine running when I turned on the heater was a bit annoying, but I got used to it after the second day. The location was close to the station, and pajamas were available upon request at the reception.

Toyoko INN is probably a more cost-effective hotel. First of all, it is close to the subway station. We took the Shinkansen from Nippori and got off the train and walked for a few minutes. However, we arrived late and the front desk still ordered CHECK OUT before 10 o'clock. We have to control our time. We only spent 3 hours in the hotel one day. We couldn't even catch up with breakfast in the morning, so we hurried out to take a taxi to the client's place. The hotel is always clean and tidy, and it's quite comfortable. Even though it lasted 3 hours, I replenished my energy and washed myself up.

I would like you to improve your service. I watched the clock after washing, but I was only 7 or 8 minutes late, and my laundry was collected by the hotel assistant without a word. I had no idea where it went, and when I asked the assistant, I was left with a bad impression, which was only natural. If you could put up a placard or write something near the washing machine, such as if it is 5 minutes late, the hotel will collect it, and please contact the front desk, I think it would be easier to understand that it is strict, and would reduce these kinds of problems. Please consider this.

There was some confusion regarding reservations and cancellations due to incorrect operations, but in the end I was relieved that I was able to stay as planned. I thought it would be better if the price was a little cheaper.

The single room I stayed in was definitely big in Japan. The room was very clean. The location was perfect. It was 100m away from the station, 90m away from the convenience store and drugstore, and there were many food nearby.
