We felt more than welcome! Beautiful location! Surprising breakfast, good and delicious! Exceptionally friendly owners. If we ever find ourselves in Maine again, we will definitely visit this location again.

Friendly, gracious reception from the start! Made us feel very welcome. Gave copious amount of information about the area. The room was lovely, updated and well maintained. Beautiful decor. The premises is spotless, breakfast was a treat. Afterwards, we sat outside with our coffee and enjoyed the chipmunks and birds. We would absolutely return and recommend!!

This is a gem of a B&B …. Everything you wish for is right here, from the beautifully maintained grounds to the immaculate interior of the lovely Inn. Proud owners Bill and Michael make you feel like family and Bills skills in the kitchen are par excellence!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back. Don’t hesitate book your stay and indulge yourselves.

My husband and I enjoyed this beautiful location for a 5 day get-away. The property is gorgeous and the hosts are so friendly. The breakfast was amazing and different each day-we couldn't even eat lunch we were so full. The house is perfectly situated for drives to many near by towns, but if you just want to relax, read and enjoy local shops, this is the place! We hope to go back next year.

This lovely B&B was wonderful. Our innkeepers, Bill and Michael , were so welcoming and really take pride in making sure you have a great experience. The room was really nice and the location in between Kennebuncport and Ogunguit is really nice. Chef Bill made a delicious breakfast and both of them offered great tips for getting the most out of what there is to see. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place. The hosts are wonderful they are welcoming, friendly, engaging and make you feel like you’re at home (but on vacation the same time). Highly recommend staying here

Michael and Bill are outstanding hosts. We stayed here 4 years ago and they remembered us. We got there after 6pm so they left us with an envelope and directions how to get in our room. The room was beautiful and nicely decorated. The bed was ridiculously comfortable and great after long ride from home. They recommended The Front Yard for dinner and it was outstanding. The morning breakfast was soo good. Coffe, orange juice, fruit bowl and then main breakfast b of fruity French toast. We will definitely be back
