Beyond expectations, truly exceptional! The scenery is top-notch, the facilities are first-rate, and the food is exquisite. But what truly sets this place apart is their incredible attention to detail, which is simply astounding! While these things are often achievable, the most unforgettable aspect is undoubtedly the service. I've stayed at numerous star-rated hotels and luxurious retreats, and while their service was good, none of them made me feel as genuinely warm and cared for as this one. Throughout my three-day stay, I truly felt pampered. Every staff member spoke gently and softly, and their responses were incredibly prompt. They went above and beyond, fulfilling my needs 120%. In fact, when the staff said goodbye to me upon departure, I almost teared up! While Yangshuo's scenery didn't leave a lasting impression on me, Tongxiang alone makes me want to return to Yangshuo. I hope they continue their excellent work and maintain their outstanding reputation!

The moment I stepped into the hotel, I knew I had made the absolute right choice! The open view of the mountains and river at Yiyu is truly breathtaking. With the gentle breeze, it's so peaceful and relaxing. The room is also much more spacious than expected, and I adore the panoramic balcony—it offers front-row seats to the stunning landscapes of Yangshuo from dawn till dusk. The butler service was attentive and thoughtful, all three daily meals were both healthy and delicious, and complimentary coffee was available all day long—the osmanthus latte was especially fantastic. The location offers a quiet retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. Although the hotel entrance is a bit unassuming, stepping inside reveals a hidden paradise. Overall, the privacy is exceptional~

This hotel, located right by the Yulong River, completely changed my perception of guesthouses – the experience was truly excellent. The scenery is, of course, stunning; you can enjoy Yangshuo's beautiful landscapes right from your balcony. The room was spacious, the bed was huge, and the facilities were well-maintained. The minibar was well-stocked and replenished daily, and they provided a wide range of daily necessities, including a makeup remover and a mini-fridge. It easily rivaled many top-tier five-star hotels. The staff provided exceptional service; any issues mentioned in the group chat were promptly resolved. The restaurant was great. Breakfast was à la carte, and we also had dinner at the hotel. The prices were reasonable, and they even offered different complimentary late-night snacks each day. The location was also fantastic, with convenient parking and the Yulong River rafting pier right downstairs. The only minor drawback was that the hallways lacked air conditioning and could get quite hot, and the public areas weren't very large. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit to Yangshuo.

Tongxiang has really set a new standard for hotel stays; from now on, I'll be comparing every hotel to it! A huge thank you to the butler! The service felt just like family, prompt and thoughtful. Our entire experience was incredibly comfortable, and everyone in our family, from young to old, gave it high praise. The restaurant food was fresh and delicious, looking as good as it tasted. This is truly a hidden gem of a hotel, genuinely great, and I will definitely give it my strongest recommendation, number one! 👍

The room is very spacious with complete amenities, comparable to a five-star hotel standard! The Chinese and Western buffet breakfast suited my taste perfectly and was quite delicious! This guesthouse is indeed high-end and offers a first-class experience! If you're looking for a completely relaxing, 'lie-flat' type of vacation, this is an excellent choice! My only complaint is the price!
