Seda Residences

Seda was a high class establishment. The rooms were comfy and spacious. Hotel staff was friendly, helpful and informative. We enjoyed our stay very much. Was centrally located. Definitely worth the money and was as advertised.

Great spacious apartment, well equipped and still very new. Very clean, great service. Will be happy to come again!

Seda Residences are perfect from every perspective. Its location is amazing, right in the center. Rooms are spacious, clean, fully equipped and everything is brand new. We are very happy that we choose this beautiful place to stay. We will definitely come back!

Our welcome accommodation & welcome at Seda Residences was lovely. We especially felt warmly welcomed by all staff at the residence especially, Martino. Unfortunately there was no welcome in our room, & no written welcome or information about the hotel & facilities in our room. We went to the Seda Hotel & were met with a rude response when we asked to see the bar & spa. We had thought you have a roof top bar, but noone informed us nor directed us there. We only wanted to check the facilities but not one staff member showed us around the hotel which was very disappointing. We had been told we could use the hotel facilities but the mood at the hotel was not welcoming, aloof & unprofessional. Whereas all staff at the Residences were warm & natural. This is not the type of experience I had paid for, therefore it left a bad memory for us. Apart from the hotel, staff at the Seda Residences were welcoming & enhanced our stay at Granada.

I checked in last minute into the Seda Residences in Granada as the hotel I had previously booked was inadequate and I had no where else to go. Laura at reception was incredibly kind and welcoming, and arranged a beautiful fourth-floor apartment in the residences across the square. The apartment was stunning — far more spacious than I needed — impeccably clean, comfortable, and with an incredible view of the Cathedral against the mountains when I woke up in the morning. Breakfast was included and excellent, with a wide range of options, and I also had dinner at the hotel one evening, which was genuinely one of the best meals I had during my trip. The location is perfect: tucked just behind the Cathedral, so you avoid the exhausting uphill climb back through the steeper parts of Granada after a long day exploring. Every member of staff was warm, attentive, and eager to help — whether that was suggesting walking routes around the city, helping arrange transport and taxis, or even finding me a steam iron at short notice. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. After leaving the other hotel with nowhere to stay - I felt so very well looked after at Seda Club. Having previously worked in a luxury hotel in London, I can honestly say this was one of the best examples of hospitality and service I’ve seen. The team went completely above and beyond, and for almost the same cost as the hotel I had originally booked, the difference in value was extraordinary. Huge thank you!!!

An excellent stay at Seda Residences Granada. The location is simply unbeatable: right in the heart of the city, with easy access to the main attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas, while still maintaining a शांत and pleasant atmosphere. Being able to explore Granada on foot from the property is a true luxury, especially for those who want to enjoy the city without any hassle. Without a doubt, one of its greatest strengths and a clear reason to return.
