We specifically chose this hotel for Chinese New Year's Eve, and it certainly didn't disappoint! The festive atmosphere was incredible. From 5 PM onwards, the entire hotel lobby transformed into a lively marketplace. There were lantern riddles, dumpling making, tangyuan (sweet glutinous rice balls), and even Guangxi-style oil tea and nian gao (rice cakes). On New Year's Day, the New Year's greetings and incense ceremony, along with the lion dance performance, truly showcased the unique Lingnan culture. The staff were also exceptionally warm and welcoming.
