Located at the quiet corners of Tanglin Road, next to MRT station just one station away to Orchard Road Shopping belts. Next door to Tanglin Mall which has a few nice restaurants and bars + SevenEleven 24hours outlets. Warm, attentive & professional front office staffs make one welcome and speedy check in seamlessly. Lobby area have enough seating for guests while waiting for their business. Good enough room & bath room size. Especially the bath cubicle and generous kig size bed. Horizon Club Lounge was cosy but expected better quality foods & drinks items for afternoon tea & evening happy hours. Breakfast was at the main restaurant is good size and foods varieties just nice. Both Horizon Club Lounge & Main restaurant coffee machines their coffee tastes light seems diluted with more water ratios ...

Great location, with direct subway access right outside. The executive floor offers afternoon tea and cocktail dinner, which I highly recommend. The only downside is that room cleaning could use some improvement.

The hotel's location is excellent; it's practically connected to the lobby from Orchard Boulevard MRT Exit 1 (about a 50-meter walk). The facilities around the hotel are great, with a small mall and a supermarket nearby, meeting all daily needs. For this price and room size in Singapore, it's highly recommended!

Always impressed with the overall experience at the Hotel Jen Tanglin. My top choice hotel in Singapore when I traveled to for business. Very nice Club King room and the Club Lounge is nice and decent though a bit small in space. Food offerings is good although can have more varieties as well. I have requested for late check out and the Front of House staff name Daniella was very helpful and try to accommodate my request as well! Thank you and well recognition to the hotel staffs friendliness and attentive as well. I will definitely return on my next business trip to Singapore and Hotel Jen Tanglin will be the top choice!

Absolutely exceeded expectations! The lady at the front desk who checked me in didn't speak much Chinese, but she understood everything and was very sweet. 🥰 The hotel's location is super convenient, right across from Orchard Boulevard MRT station 🚉. Singapore Botanic Gardens is also nearby, which is great. The staff in Singapore are all of high quality, warm, polite, clean, and tidy. Even the cleaning auntie was from mainland China; life isn't easy for anyone. I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

The room was quite good; you wouldn't guess it was renovated in 2007, except for the TV and hairdryer. It's very clean, and the size is decent for Singapore. The MRT is right next to the hotel, and Tanglin Mall is behind it, with a 7-Eleven and everything you need, making it very convenient. It's definitely on my list for my next trip to Singapore!

This was my first time visiting Singapore with my daughter, and we were incredibly lucky. Our booking included two breakfasts and access to the executive lounge, which pretty much covered all our meals. The location was decent, but cleanliness was a major issue. There were bugs on the bed in the room, likely fleas, as I had numerous itchy bites on my arms and lower back. The bites became severely worse after checking out and heading to the airport. I absolutely do not recommend this place.
