I had a really nice stay here. It wasn’t too far out of town and it was ready to relax and very quiet. The air con wasn’t amazing but it was better than no AC at all. Would happily stay again and very good value, nice water in the rooms too free of charge.

The room was spacious and seemed clean at first glance. However, it's best not to look too closely at the details. There were tiny ant-like insects marching in a line on the wall. The bath had hot water, which was nice, but the showerhead holder was broken, and the sink was cracked. There were also stains on the pet sheet, but for the price, I guess it's acceptable. The front desk answers questions. If there's a language barrier, you can contact them through the Trip.com hotel chat feature, and they will respond. Getting to Hanoi A station requires a long detour, taking about 15 minutes and costing around 250 yen by Grab.

Service is not as per expectations, they were charging me for electric kettle as it was not working. Final somehow it worked. In india, we have culture that anything eatable inside in room is supposed to be free, but don’t do this in Vietnam, these stuff is not free.

Well located in Hanoi (near the main attractions that you can reach by foot). Quite quiet (except some other guests making sometimes noise). The room itself is nice (size, decoration, furniture). The only negative point: the bathroom (when you have a shower, the ground is wet for a long time and that's not convenient if you want to use the W.C.).

The hotel was clean and modern, with friendly staff and excellent amenities. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and attractions. Overall, a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.
