I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was really helpful and courteous. The location of the hotel is great and close to everything.

The hotel staff was friendly as always when we stay. The facilities, room and food was just awesome. We will definitely be staying there again in the future.

Convenient for overnight stays. I wouldn’t book for long stays. The carpet stinks. When I took a shower, it flooded all over the place, the AC is mad loud etc. They have great breakfast, though.

The room they gave us first was terrible, small, untidy, we declined the room and they gave us a better room which was comfortable, but overall was ok for the days we stay in

Good service, excellent breakfast. The bathroom , air conditioner and windows need updating but that was being done in another wing when we were there. Although we could see ongoing renovations on our floor things were done quietly and we were not disturbed by it. Good pub in the hotel. We were very pleased with our stay.

Our stay at this establishment was satisfactory. Upon our arrival, there were personnel who assisted us with our luggage. They were courteous and provided transportation to the airport. Although our stay was brief, consisting of only one night, we were pleased with the accommodations and services provided.

Great hotel if you’re travelling via OR Tambo Airport. Not much around the hotel. The grounds are huge and the facilities are great.
