Nice Seaview, clean and good location, has all the necessary things for family, daily clean rooms and exceptional service, help arrangement for tour and transportation to airport. Highly recommended.

The hotel’s location is very convenient, with My Khe Beach just across the street, and it’s also easy to get around by taxi. The front desk team provided excellent and efficient service, helping us book the restaurants and spa we wanted to visit. In particular, Chole at the front desk gave us many thoughtful suggestions and help with our travel arrangements during our stay.
The hotel facilities and the self-service breakfast are fairly average, and both the pool and the kids’ club are quite small. However, since we spent most of our time sightseeing outside, this did not greatly affect our overall experience.
Just one small suggestion: the housekeeping quality could be improved. We found several times that freshly changed towels and pillowcases had obvious stains, our pajamas were left in a messy pile on the table, and trash bags that had blown onto the balcony in the sea wind were not cleaned up.

Modern and clean hotel with excellent service staff. Location is a bit far from the city centre and My Khe beach though but the hotel amenities and staff make up for it.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, and the price is quite affordable. The breakfast is delicious, and you can enjoy the sea view while eating. I will definitely stay here again next time.

They upgraded me to a suite, which was a pleasant surprise! The view was absolutely amazing 👍, truly the best view I've had from any hotel in Da Nang. The breakfast was plentiful, and there were a lot of Koreans, but not many Chinese guests.

We had an amazing stay at Ale Sands Oceanfront in Da Nang. The hotel sits right on the beach with a stunning view and modern, spotless rooms that make you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. Everything feels thoughtful and well-maintained, from the breakfast to the small details in the room.
I especially want to highlight the entire staff: consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful without ever feeling forced. A very special thank-you goes to Min, our check-out receptionist. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and warm. The perfect final impression of our stay.
Clear recommendation for anyone looking for a hotel in Da Nang with style, comfort, and real service. We will definitely be back.
