DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!! When we arrived at 12:30 in the morning we could not get into the building. There was nobody manning the desk or answering the phones to unlock the door and let us in. Finally the front desk worker wandered out to see a group of us trying to get in. Once inside I was the 4th person to get checked in (even through I had done the online check in now an hour earlier). After checking in the desk attendant told me to wait in the lobby so that she could get my room ready, and walked off with an arm full of sheets. Finally in my room around 1:30, then coming back at 1:45 to drop off toilet paper since there wasnt any, I went to bed. The next morning I went straight to the fitness center, it was filthy. Floors not swept or cleaned, no towels or wipes, grease stains on the benches. When going back to my room I turned on the light in the bathroom and found the toilet not cleaned (had to flush it) and hairs all over the floor. As I left for the day at 7am I let the front desk know my experience and asked for the room to be cleaned. returning at 8:30pm I found the room had not been cleaned. The front desk looked visibly frustrated and the gentleman, who I can only assume the manager or owner operator said "well, we are short staffed." I declined the offer to have them try and find someone and have them clean the room while I waited since I just wanted to go to bed at this point. The next day I asked for it to be cleaned again as I left at 7am, 9:30pm rolls around and you guessed it, not clean. Front desk told me they would have management reach out and make it right. I checked out the next day and after a long day of travel and hearing nothing I called Marriott corporate to open a case and file a complaint. 24 hours after that with no response I called back in and was told that management has up to 5 days from the case being opened to respond. That is terrible service from the hotel and corporate.
