Juxiange Inn（in Pingyao Ancient City scenic spot）

The place is very nice and cozy in very good location clos to evriwhere. I realy recomed this place and price is very cheap.

Needed a larger room for our family of 6 and Juxiange Inn had spacious family rooms with large beds, conveniently located inside the Ancient City Walls. The owner arranged a train station pickup and drop-off which was a big bonus, as well a stored our bags on the last day as our train was leaving only at 17:00. We booked 2 rooms at the hotel. While the beds can feel hard by Western standards, we made do by putting an extra blanket underneath, and slept great. Very clean bedding! And while the property and rooms do show signs of aging, it's part of the character for such an old building. We particularly enjoyed the Chinese style furniture which greatly complemented the historic building. Strong water pressure in the shower and plenty of hot water. The only negatives would be the sligtly musty bathroom smell (which disappeared quickly once the AC was on), and the very heavy cigarette smoking inside the reception area while we were trying to check in with small children... I wish this was addressed at least while guests were present. Overall, we had a great stay!

The hotel is very well located, with easy access to the main attractions. The staff were always kind and helpful. Another very convenient feature is the laundry service available at the hotel.

HIGHLY recommend! I travelled with 2 other friends and we had the BEST time. The owner and his staff were extremely helpful and responsive. We got picked up and dropped off at the train station. The rooms came with enough towels, toiletries and many bottles of water. We also got to try ancient costumes and received free bottles of vinager from Shaanxi, all as gifts! Lastly, we got a 20% discount voucher to a very nice restaurant.

Completely authentic ancient building, retains the traditional feel of the area. There is nothing fancy but it has a wonderful feel about it. The bed was so comfortable and the service from the owners was great . They picked us up from the station and drove us back when we left , all included. The room was clean and good bedding. The foot soaking tub is a big bucket which was amusing . Bathroom was old but functional . It was a good experience and the restaurant they recommend and give you a 20% voucher for was incredible, food was outstanding, definitely take the recommendation

Good location and friendly staff. They took care of the pick-up and taking me to the station. Hotel in a quiet street close to the main attractions within Pingyao city walls.
