The hotel is clean, which is a big plus! However, the roosters crow at dawn and there's a constant, not-so-pleasant chirping from birds around the clock.

Great spot, the speaker playing bird noise was a bit much but couldn't hear it from the room. Pool was not kept up, missed opertunity by staff to keep people on the property. Rooms were nice, staff was great.

Very modern hotel for Kampot. But the location is far from riverfront. However, this makes it a very nice secluded and quiet area to stay. So if you are looking for a modern and quiet area, i highly recommend this hotel. Great value for money. You don't get many modern hotels like this in Kampot.
