The room is very spacious. Although it's a bit dated, it's very well maintained. During the daily turn-down service, they leave tomorrow's breakfast menu on the bed along with a small box of chocolates, and coffee and bottled water are replenished without limit.

Due to a flight delay, I had to book this place in a rush at dawn. I specifically chose accommodation further up Garcia Street because I prefer a quiet environment, but since there is an elementary school right next to the alley, it was very noisy from early in the morning and I couldn't get a proper sleep. I booked a room with one double and one single bed, but it turned out to be two single beds pushed together. When I asked the front desk about it, their response was, "Isn't two singles fine for two people?" Also, only one bottle of water was provided. I don't think I'll be staying here again.

We booked the family room, which was actually two interconnected rooms, offering a huge amount of space. I'd highly recommend it if you have older children. The hotel's location is excellent; you can walk to Casa Mila, Casa Batllo, and Casa Vicens. Getting a taxi downstairs and finding places to eat are also very convenient. The service was good, with two cleanings a day, and the complimentary chocolates were especially delicious. The pool wasn't anything special, but enjoying a drink on the rooftop and feeling the breeze was lovely.

As soon as we got out of the car, a bellboy greeted us at the door, helped with our luggage, and after check-in, escorted us to our room, explaining the use of the in-room facilities. The service was excellent. The hotel is a bit old; the showerhead in the bathroom was leaking, and the floor wasn't very clean. The cleanliness felt just average. The breakfast selection wasn't very extensive. However, the hotel's location is fantastic, making it very convenient to walk to several attractions and shopping areas.

A very comfortable hotel with elegant and exquisite design. The service was attentive and thorough, and communication in English was smooth. I'd especially like to thank the young male attendant who was on duty the night of the 29th; his exceptionally warm and thoughtful service significantly enhanced our overall stay.

On June 25th, my daughter accidentally left her passport in a taxi after leaving the hotel. The kind driver promptly returned it to the hotel's front desk. However, the hotel *never* informed us. By evening, we realized the passport was missing and were in a panic. Even when we asked the hotel staff, no one told us it was there. On June 26th, we went to the police station to file a report, then used the police report to apply for an emergency travel document at the consulate. We ended up missing all our pre-paid tour activities. On June 27th, when we were checking out, we were finally told the passport was at the front desk. By then, the passport, along with all the Schengen and Japan visas in it, had been permanently invalidated. This level of irresponsibility from the hotel is just unbelievable. As for the room itself, it was dim, tiny, and the TV was awkwardly placed on the side. There wasn't even enough space to open a suitcase. We could have overlooked all that. But for a hotel to have a foreign guest's passport returned to the front desk for days and not *once* inform the guest? Forget about service – is that even a humane thing to do? My daughter had already booked flights and hotels for her subsequent trip to Japan, which now also had to be canceled. The hotel manager told us to email them with details of our losses, saying they would discuss it internally and consider compensation. It's been over twenty days since then, and we haven't heard a single thing.

The location is fantastic, making it easy to get anywhere, which is super convenient for girls who love to shop. I especially loved the breakfast there; it was incredibly delicious!

Although I was on a business trip and didn't have much time, I was very satisfied with the hotel's location as it was close to Barcelona's main tourist attractions.

Located at one end of Gan'en Street, it's convenient for shopping, with a local boutique mini-supermarket right opposite. The overall feel is that of an older-style star-rated hotel. The rooms are quite clean, tidied up multiple times a day, and the service is warm and friendly. I'd recommend it when the price is right. It felt safe and worry-free.
