Hotel Dena, Pasadena Los Angeles, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

Poorly managed hotel with arrogant staff. When you voiced your opinion because of sub standard service, they said you are rude and asked you to leave. You called this hotel service?! Will never ever go to this terrible place.

Very good location a walk distance to old town pasadena. Friendly front desk staff. Some days we get our water bottles refilled some days didn’t. Overall a good stay, room was big enough.

Stayed here with my family for one night. Great location and staff are professional and helpful!

We are utterly smitten with Hotel Dena - it has exceeded all our expectations for an artistic, pristine, and laid-back boutique hotel. The hotel was freshly renovated just last year, so every single amenity and piece of equipment is impressively modern. We were arranged in a first-floor "small loft" room complete with a private balcony - undoubtedly one of the highlights of our entire trip. The hotel's decor is nothing short of captivating, with a cinematic ambiance evident throughout the common areas. From the impeccably styled furniture to the mesmerizing artwork and paintings, every design element contributes to an utterly enchanting atmosphere. In fact, I would unhesitatingly award Dena a rating of 6 out of 5 stars to fully convey my deep adoration for this establishment. If we're ever blessed with the opportunity to visit Los Angeles again, Dena will unquestionably be our top choice. 🌹🌹🌹

Very nice and friendly staff. The hotel is nice and quiet and the location is convenient.

Older building, nicely rehabbed by Marriott.  Carpets are old but everything else looks pretty new. Slight mildew smell in the hallways. Good beds, excellent customer service.  The hotel bar serves light bites but no substantial food.  But there are lots of good restaurants within walking distance.

We had another excellent stay at Hotel Dena. Everyone from Maintenance, to Housekeeping, to Front Desk are always so friendly and helpful. Extra thanks to Eric and his team in Housekeeping for helping to make sure we didn't have feather pillows, due to our allergies. We also really appreciate the morning coffee you provide. We look forward to being back again.
