Easy to get to from the main road, but not a lot of parking, not walkable to other things, breakfast was almost nonexistent, quite noisy all night, room had sheer curtains only on the florida ceiling windows not only allowing all the light from the floodlights on the front of the hotel to come in, but did not feel very private from the outside. Front desk staff seemed like they're be anywhere else and provided very minimal interactions upon check in and check out.

The room was filthy and the staff was unconcerned, after contacting the head quarters i did get moved to a different room that was not as filthy, i will never stay at another holiday inn express!

Not a good welcome...
Our stay was only two nights. The room looked okay, however, the lamps shades are old and have some kind of corrosion, the bathroom needs some new pipes as they are old and look dirty, the molding in the bathroom needs some repairs. Pictures are attached.

Hotel was clean. Room clean when we arrived but housekeepers didn’t clean up or vacuum our room very well. Breakfast was very good . Well prepared.

Overrated
This property needs updated and refreshed. The carpets are stained, the bathroom floors were not clean, the shower had mold in it and the shelves were falling off.
Our AC went out on night 2. We reported it very early the next morning and it wasn’t repaired all day. The only bright spot in our stay was Jim at the front desk. He was very kind and friendly.
Breakfast was passable with the exact same selections every day. There was no fruit.

The property needs to. be updated from the worn walls, worn elevator, the spout in the bathetub was shaky, and everytime I took a shower, puddles of watet would run in tbe hallway. Also if u are elderly, please bring a stepladder because the beds are extremely how and is s hazard for elderly people. My friend fell out the bed and hurt her knee snd shoulder. When reported to the hotel, they were not concerned. Told me the lie that management would get back with me concerning the issue and have not yet contacted me and it has been a week.
