Jet Luxury at the Signature Condo Hotel

First time staying here. First of all, the view was amazing. What I expected, gave what I expected. The ONLY thing I do have a complaint about is the jacuzzi in the room. After the water was leveled up, about like 5 minutes later, some dirty green stuff started to come out of the holes where the bubbles come out from and the water got dirty. I recommend you don’t use it. Everything else was good except the tv in the bathroom didn’t turn on either.

Location is good, near all those shopping centr sich as haddock, coca cola, adidas.....etc.

Beautiful views, spacious room. Don’t drink the water bottles, it’s the same water they use in the jails. I was drunk and dehydrated and I drank some and it was so bad. Also the bedding had a very funny smell. Idk if this is one of those places where they don’t wash the sheets if they don’t have to or what but ew. Based off of that idk how clean this room is as a whole. I would just pay a little more to book the same room with better quality things directly from Signature. I usually book with Signature but I thought I’d give this a try. I’d rather stay in a room I know is clean.

The TV remote didn't work to change the channel. We called and someone came to help but he couldn't figure it out either. On the listing, it didn't state that it was only 1 car per unit for free valet parking and if you have more than 1 vehicle, you have to go park over at the MGM and pay.

Our kitchen had a broken microwave and the outlets didn work. We had to get a new toaster delivered and when it was delivered we had to toast in the living room. Bathroom sink did not drain and both toilets did not flush well. I was told we would get an upgrade due to our ******* gold membership but we were put on the 12th floor overlooking the garbage area where trucks come in and out mattresses outside etc...I contacted the company and they brought the toaster and when I said I had complaints they said to put it all in writing. This was my 3rd stay at signature. Also as an aside when the bell desk brought up our luggage they must have dropped our doughnuts. I thought he was playing around when he said I lost your doughnuts but when he left I openend the box he wasnt joking. They were for the end of a holiday that was ending at 7pm the night of arrival.

Extra space we needed for our family. We booked adjoining rooms and the conscience of the location was perfect especially because it was connected to the MGM. The check in process was extremely easy and staff was helpful when needed. Although the rooms are a bit outdated, they were very clean and extra roomy.

Excellent except for housekeeping did not appear in the 3 nights we were there. No fresh towels offered.

Very clean room. Full kitchen was great. Hot tub clean and powerful. What they dont tell you is the room is not part of MGM, but leased out to third party. Support and maintenance handled differently. But they did respond.
