The location around 25 minutes from Wadi Rum town is great and our superior tent (Bedouin style) was comfortable, but they need to keep an eye on standards. Our terrace had two very uncomfortable stools to sit on and no chairs which did not make for a relaxing stay. We would have sat by the pool but the music was so loud it was deafening (even from our tent), not great when this is supposed to be a relaxing stay in the desert. The restaurant/lounge area was lovely whilst the food offering was fine, when it arrived. Dinner was supposed to be at 2000, we all waited and waited, it eventually arrived at 2055. Breakfast the next day was supposed to start at 0700, they started serving at 0800! Once the food had run out it wasn't replenished. Although, it was noted on booking, re checked and mentioned on arrival, we are not sure they realised what gluten free meant, there was very little suitable for me to eat, especially at breakfast, they kept offering me croissants and bread!. Also all drinks including water, coffee and tea were not included. We felt this camp was overpriced for what we received. Should we return to the area, we would stay at another camp.
