The front desk staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating from the moment we arrived. When I mentioned that it was my wife’s birthday, they surprised us with a bottle of wine, which was such a thoughtful touch. This was her first stay here, and she absolutely loved every minute of it. Our room had everything we needed and more. Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean each night was the perfect natural sound machine. The morning staff was also kind enough to offer us a late checkout, which we appreciated so much and allowed us to enjoy our stay a little longer. One of the highlights was being able to bring our two dogs with us. Watching them enjoy the beach was incredibly special, and having them comfortably stay with us in the room made the trip even more memorable. We also spoke with our housekeeper, Elfaga, to make sure she knew we had arranged a late checkout, and she was so warm and friendly. We truly appreciate all of the hard work that goes into making the rooms so clean, comfortable, and beautiful. Thank you to the entire staff for such a wonderful experience. We would absolutely love to come back again!
