The hotel generally meets five-star standards, but it's positioned as a more accessible five-star option. The decor is quite traditional, not a modern, brand-new design. The rooms are well-maintained, and if you're lucky enough to get a high-floor room, the view is fantastic. You get a direct view of the harbor and the sea, which is beautiful both day and night. The rooftop pool and gym are definitely worth checking out; the views are superb and were a pleasant surprise during my stay. It's a bit of a walk to the subway station, a few minutes on foot, but it's generally acceptable. Overall, it offers good value for money, making it suitable for travelers who want a five-star experience but are also budget-conscious.

The room was bright and sunny, spotlessly clean, and the bathroom was dry and odor-free. The bedding was fluffy and soft, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful night's sleep. The front desk staff were gentle and polite, and check-in/check-out was very efficient. When I needed extra slippers or drinking water, they were quickly brought to my room. All the facilities were well-maintained, with stable hot water and smooth internet. It's perfect whether you're traveling solo or with company, offering great value for money. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in town.

The room was spotless and very comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to transportation, making getting around a breeze. The most pleasant surprise was the night view from the window – the wide-open vista and sparkling city lights were delightful, day or night. The location is fantastic! The subway and bus stops are right nearby, and for those who love to shop, the malls are super convenient. Hyde Park is just downstairs, and there are museums and churches in the vicinity. The room itself is great too – they even have a capsule coffee machine! Housekeeping was timely, and everything was clean and hygienic. Excellent value for money!

The location is fantastic, and the service is great. The pool isn't amazing, but that's not a big deal since the room has a huge bathtub. I was given a room on a higher floor, which I was very happy with.
