Pullman Sydney Hyde Park

Great hotel. Room with a wonderful view of Hyde Park. Excellent breakfasts. 5 minutes from Museum station. Highly recommend.

Cleanliness: Very clean, and housekeeping comes daily, though they don't change the sheets every day. The duvet is a single piece attached to a cover, rather than the traditional style with a duvet insert sandwiched between two flat sheets. The room is equipped with a capsule coffee machine and pods, which is very convenient, and there's also an electric kettle. The bathroom is spacious with a large bathtub, and features a separate wet and dry area. The view from the window is fantastic, overlooking the entire Hyde Park, and from the rooftop pool, you can even catch sights of the ocean and the TV tower. It's quite close to the Museum Station, making it very convenient if you need to catch the Big Bus. However, getting to the Opera House might take a bit of travel, and dining options aren't super close by—you basically have to walk about 500 to 600 meters to find places to eat.

The hotel's location is excellent, right by the Museum Station. Hyde Park is just across the street, and it's a short walk to the free museum. St. Mary's Cathedral is also right opposite the museum, so the location is truly fantastic. However, the hotel rooms are a bit dated. There are no charging outlets by the bed, and you have to run the shower for a long time to get hot water – and you can't even adjust it with cold water. Also, the hotel doesn't provide toothbrushes or slippers, so remember to bring your own if you stay here.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, directly opposite Hyde Park. It's an easy walk to Darling Harbour and the Opera House, and shopping is very convenient. It's also not far from Chinatown, so dining options are plentiful with lots of great food nearby.

The front desk service was mediocre. They charge for early check-in and late check-out, and they even forgot to bring the water I requested. The hotel facilities are very old, making it extremely poor value for money. The only good points were the window view and the ideal location, and the bed was reasonably comfortable. I won't be staying here again.

Lucky enough to get a suite upgrade upon arrival. The inner room had a large bed, about 1.8 meters, and they added another bed in the living room. The night view from the balcony was pretty good. The breakfast fruit was nice, but I'm just not used to foreign food. Honestly, it might be better to book without breakfast and eat out. It's not too far from Sydney University and the Fish Market. A taxi cost a little over 50 RMB.

The only good thing about this place is its great location and the spacious beds in the twin room. Everything else is really old and dated. The windows look like they haven't been cleaned in ages, completely ruining the view. It's such a shame for such a good location. On the positive side, the price was reasonable. The front desk staff seemed a bit mean.
