Orange Hotel (Xi 'an Bell tower Huimin Street Shop)

First off, let's talk about the location. It's right in the city center, which makes getting anywhere super convenient. The Drum Tower is right outside, and there's a direct shuttle to the Terracotta Army. Plus, subway stations to various places are easily accessible. You can even see the Bell Tower from the opposite Kaiyuan Mall, and there are travel photography studios right outside the hotel entrance – couldn't be handier. I was initially worried that the Muslim Quarter would be super noisy, but to my surprise, once I was in the room, I could barely hear any of the hustle and bustle outside. Next up, the hotel itself. There's a platform on the 3rd floor where you can relax, right next to the Drum Tower. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful, always smiling. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The room features smart home controls throughout, which was very convenient, and food deliveries were brought up by a robot. A really great touch was having a place to hang laundry, like socks and underwear – they dried overnight! The only minor thing is that I booked a king-sized room, and the space for moving around wasn't huge. However, we were out and about all day, basically just coming back to shower and sleep. It was perfectly fine even with one child. For a prime city-center location where space is at a premium, overall, I'm quite satisfied.

Second time in Xi'an, and second time choosing Orange Hotel. The location is great, right at one end of the Muslim Quarter, making it very convenient for getting around. The service is still excellent, and housekeeping is prompt. The rooftop is a huge plus, perfect for photos and sightseeing.

The location is fantastic, right next to the Drum Tower and the Muslim Quarter. The hotel even has a terrace with direct views of the Drum Tower. The front desk lady was incredibly sweet and provided excellent service.

The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. While we were checking in, they offered us water and gave us a thorough overview of the hotel. When we left, they even gave a little gift to our child, which was a lovely touch. The location is fantastic, making it easy to get anywhere. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to friends visiting Xi'an. The soundproofing in the hotel is also excellent, ensuring a very good night's sleep. We were so busy sightseeing every day, and in such a rush to catch our transport when we checked out, that I didn't get a chance to take any photos of the hotel.

Extremely convenient for getting around, dining, and sightseeing. The staff's service was the highlight – so warm and attentive!
