Orange Hotel (Xi 'an Bell tower Huimin Street Shop)

Clean and tidy, with an excellent location that makes getting around incredibly convenient. The staff were patient, polite, and helpful. Absolutely nothing to fault.

The service was excellent, and the location was super close to the scenic spots, but what was even better was how quiet it was! We stayed for 4 days, and our room was cleaned perfectly every day. Transportation, dining, and everything else was incredibly convenient!

I booked two rooms with a 'scenic view' but the view wasn't great at all, just a lot of people below. There was noise outside until 1 or 2 AM, making it impossible to sleep. Then, early in the morning, the loud noise woke me up again. Especially on the first day, I found a big hole in the bedsheet – shouldn't that have been discarded instead of given to a guest? The front desk staff's answers to questions were quite stiff, making for a bad experience. After flushing the toilet in the bathroom, there was a very loud, gurgling noise, accompanied by vibrations. When no one was using it, it would even bubble and spray water on its own. The facilities definitely need a major overhaul.

The location is fantastic, right next to the Drum Tower. There's even a platform on the 3rd floor of the hotel where you can directly see the Drum Tower. Watching it light up with the evening breeze was absolutely beautiful! The young lady at the front desk was not much older, but she handled issues calmly and rationally, and her attitude was super good. I was very satisfied with my stay.

The hotel's location is super convenient, and the staff (front desk, security, housekeeping) provide excellent service. The room was clean and comfortable.

Cleanliness: My mom got bitten by something, maybe an insect, near the window. However, we really liked everything else. The front desk service was excellent and patient. It's right next to the Bell Tower and below the Drum Tower, with plenty of places to eat. It's also next to the 'Chocolate' shop. It was a bit hard to find when we first got off the car because there were so many people, but you definitely don't have to worry about food.

Clean and hygienic, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. The hotel is super close to the Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter – literally ten meters away, a one-minute walk. It wasn't too noisy at night, even with the windows closed. Pretty good overall. The room was quite spacious, and it had smart home features throughout. I've already recommended it to my family and friends. A lot of foreigners stay here; I saw many during my two-night stay.
