Orange Hotel (Xi 'an Bell tower Huimin Street Shop)

The building and facilities are nice and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately, at our arrival, the room floor was not cleaned properly and our room had a very strong smell, probably due to humidity or air-conditioning conducts. We told reception, they sent someone immediately and sorted the floor situation. Unfortunately, nothing was done for the smell (we were offered a smaller room, but decided to refuse it). Great laundry service and good breakfast.

Excellent hotel in the heart of the city! A very good hotel with a perfect central location. The service here is flawless, and the breakfasts are amazing, catering to all tastes. I would especially like to commend the staff, who were always helpful and ready to assist. Special thanks to Luna — she is a wonderful, delightful, and very professional girl! I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Hotel room is quite clean, front staffs are helpful to assist. But if you are non Smoking person, you will be annoyed by smoking in the lift and lobby. Even there are sign of non smoking areas, they don't care. I am wish management person have to take responsibility of this matter.

We had a fantastic stay at Orange Hotel (Xi’an Bell Tower Huimin Street Shop). The location is perfect – right next to the Muslim Quarter, with endless food options just outside the door. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and there was a convenient DiDi pick-up point nearby which made getting around Xi’an very easy. Our room was modern, clean and comfortable with a good view of the Drum Tower. If you’re visiting Xi’an and want a clean, modern hotel in the heart of the action, this is an excellent choice. We would happily stay here again.

Wonderful location and it had everything that you would need plus more. Great staff!
