We arrived at the hotel around 1:30 in the morning — exhausted, but not without having planned ahead. We had already informed the reservation team about our late check-in at the time of booking, so we expected things to be in order. They were not. When we walked into our room, it was clear that it hadn't been properly prepared. There was no toothpaste, no toothbrush, and the television was switched on, yet the remote was nowhere to be found. But it was the middle of the night, and we were running empty. So we simply took a shower and collapsed into bed, choosing to deal with it all in the morning. The next day, we headed down for breakfast, and to be fair, the food was genuinely good. However, I had to rush back to the room for a meeting, so I asked my wife to bring my meal up. She kindly spoke with the restaurant staff and requested that our selected dishes be sent to the room. To our surprise, they refused, saying they couldn't bring some of the items upstairs. My wife, already a bit worn out from the night before, was understandably upset. Frustrated, she walked away. Somehow, after all of that, they ended up bringing everything to the room anyway. We have stayed at nearly every Jetwing property across the island, and this has been, by far, the most disappointing experience we have ever had.
