Hotel Punta Tragara

Punta Tragara is one of the best hotels of my life.🤍🤍 The breakfast, in particular... and dinner were all so delicious.ㅠㅠㅠ The breakfast restaurant had an unforgettable view and taste!! Everyone was so kind. However, it was a shame that the location is on the exact opposite side of the harbor... and because of that, we had to use a porter service. It was just upsetting to think that paying for a round trip for two people would cost hundreds of thousands of won. (But I couldn't bring myself to carry it myself... it's just too far.)

The service was perfect, and the place was very clean. The scenery was beautiful! 👍

Facilities: There is no signal for mobile phones in the hotel room, the Wi-Fi signal is extremely unstable, and complaints have been made many times to no avail. The bathroom design is unreasonable, either very large or very small. The hair dryer and other facilities provided are also average and do not match the price. The sofa is very uncomfortable. The restaurant breakfast is simple, and the Michelin restaurant for lunch and dinner tastes bad and is quite expensive. Hygiene: The hygiene is average, the cleaning is perfunctory, and the towels are simply changed, and the clothes are not folded. Environment: The scenery is excellent, and the location requires walking and climbing for almost 20 minutes to reach the hotel, which is very tiring and hot. There is a public viewing platform at the door, and there are tourists almost 24 hours a day. The corridor elevator in the hotel is narrow, and there is nothing good except the excellent scenery. Service: The delivery is indeed very fast, and they will also help to book boats, etc. However, the staff of hardware facilities such as Wi-Fi cannot handle it. In short: If you want to see the scenery, just stay for one night and take pictures. Don't even think about pursuing cost-effectiveness. It costs nearly 50,000 yuan for two nights, and the hardware facilities, restaurants and services cannot keep up.

The room suddenly lost power at night. After waiting for an hour, the electrician said that the hotel's circuit could not be supplied. The next day, I told the front desk that they could not do anything and did not apologize. This is the case for a 10,000 yuan hotel. The service and experience are very poor. The front desk attitude is indifferent. The room type for Chinese people is the worst. I spent money and was treated like a fool. The hotel's swimming pool closes at 6 o'clock, and everything is closed after 8 o'clock. There are no entertainment facilities. I will not come again.

The hotel facilities are great! The only fly in the ointment that made me a little angry was that when we left the hotel and went to the pier to return to Sorrento, the front desk staff gave us the wrong port number. It was 21 but told us it was 12, which made us rush to catch up at the last moment of leaving Capri. Boat, this mistake is disappointing!

I usually don't comment on hotels, but since not many people comment on this one, I hope my comments will help you choose a hotel. When booking the hotel, I was actually a little nervous, worried that the room was too small and too old (because the introduction did not show the renovation time, and the suite area was only 38 square meters). The fact is that it is quite clean and tidy (not inferior to the Six Senses I lived in Rome, which opened 23 years ago) and the area is wrong! In fact, each room is divided into two floors (living room and viewing balcony on the first floor; bedroom, cloakroom and bathroom on the second floor). The space is large enough, adding up to about 60 or 70 square meters. There is no need to elaborate on the scenery on the island. Because the hotel is at the end of the island, across the noisy famous shopping street, it enjoys the tranquility of one side, which is very suitable for leisure and vacation. What is more worthy of recognition is the service of this hotel. Luggage up and down the mountain, boat ticket purchase, travel time arrangement, throw it to the front desk, all for you to arrange properly, it is a wonderful accommodation experience.
