Holiday Inn Express & Suites BRADLEY AIRPORT by IHG

My stay was overall positive. The check-in process was excellent – the front desk staff were very efficient and friendly, and I was in my room in no time. The best feature by far is the coffee in the breakfast area; having genuine Costa coffee was a fantastic way to start the morning. The breakfast selection itself was a bit limited, though it was pretty much what I expected for the price point. I did notice a small issue with the cleanliness upon entering my room, as the bed sheets had a noticeable stain.

The check in process was quick and easy. They accommodated a room change. The location is right across from Bradley airport. There are many restaurants and attractions near by. W e went to the New England Air Museum. The staff was so kind and everything was clean and comfortable. We will be staying again.

Stayed here for the convenience of Hartford Airport. Did what it needed to do at a reasonable price.

Room adequate. Decor old and dated. Not super handicap accessible. Tub high entry for shower. Did have grab bars but they were slippery. Soap dispenser at sink was placed very high on wall, even awkward to use from standing. Would not be reached from a wheelchair. Breakfast was good: varied offerings of hot and cold items. Coffee delicious.

We were only there one night but were treated exceptionally well. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was great. I especially appreciated the well stocked little store that meant we were able to have dinner in our room. After a long day traveling this was a lifesaver!
