Holiday Inn Express & Suites BRADLEY AIRPORT by IHG

My stay was overall positive. The check-in process was excellent – the front desk staff were very efficient and friendly, and I was in my room in no time. The best feature by far is the coffee in the breakfast area; having genuine Costa coffee was a fantastic way to start the morning. The breakfast selection itself was a bit limited, though it was pretty much what I expected for the price point. I did notice a small issue with the cleanliness upon entering my room, as the bed sheets had a noticeable stain.

The check in process was quick and easy. They accommodated a room change. The location is right across from Bradley airport. There are many restaurants and attractions near by. W e went to the New England Air Museum. The staff was so kind and everything was clean and comfortable. We will be staying again.

The room was very clean and comfortable. It was very easy to get to the airport from there. Lots of restaurants close by. We would stay there again!

The door to the room dragged on the floor making it very difficult and extremely loud to open. The air-conditioned was leaking and left a large puddle on the floor & and it was extremely loud. When I told the front desk about it, they seemed to finish my complaint along with me, as if they had already known about it. If you knew about it, why wasn't it fixed and if it hadn't been fixed, why rent out that room ? The pool area smelled of chlorine so bad you could barely breathe and our eyes were burning. The water was so cloudy, so not sure how they were maintaining it. The breakfast was the worst! Arrived 30 minutes after it opened and there was no yogurt, no milk, and the scrambled eggs were disgusting! I told the front desk there was no milk and she asked the kitchen staff if there was any in the back and he said "Nope. None left.", so she told him to go across the street to get some. He seemed to totally ignore her. I waited a few minutes and then asked the guy if he was going to go to get some and he said "Nope. We're all out. It was a busy weekend". Mind you, it was Tuesday. The chairs in the dining room are all falling apart, pieces of the seat shredding and all over the floor. It also was about 90° degrees in there. Everyone was complaining about the heat and the lack of milk, but no one seemed to care. How are you supposed to have coffee and/or cereal without any milk. Horrible experience, I would never stay here again, or recommend it to anyone. 0 stars!

Hotel was nice and clean. The staff is friendly. The pool didn't have any towels but when we asked they got more. We like staying at these since they're consistent around the country to be clean and have a good breakfast.
