The room was spacious, bright, comfortable, and very clean. The service was excellent; the staff was attentive and patient throughout my stay. They even helped me receive packages, and food deliveries were brought straight to my room. Every day, the housekeeper proactively asked if I needed more water or tissues.

Upon entering, the floor was covered in small black spots, which was very unpleasant. The staff claimed it was a unique feature of the decor. The blankets had small black spots on them, which the staff said were due to the cotton seeds after washing (I think Xinjiang cotton wouldn't be blamed 😒). The toilet smelled bad, like it hadn't been cleaned or disinfected. The luggage rack was wet, with two bags of tableware on it; touching them left my hands wet and black – very disgusting. In short, I will never go there again 🙂↕️.

The pillowcases are a bit yellow and old. Isn't it newly opened this year? It looks like it has been used for many years. Apart from this, there are no other problems. The service is first-class, the breakfast is satisfactory, the room is big enough, and the lobby is also very high-end.

It may be that the spring wind is strong and there are many catkins, and there are a lot of fluff in the house. The cleaning can be more careful.

The room is clean and tidy. The room is quite large. The service is very enthusiastic. They will communicate with you in advance and tell you the location, so you can find the hotel easily. They also upgraded it with breakfast.
