5 stars for >Guest room amenities, all the staff members at front desk, spa reception, and Canyon Breeze restaurant >Outstanding fitness rooms and instructors. MELT with Kim W. (reduce muscular soreness+) and the Puebloan pottery class led by Joyce were standouts. >Excellent spa treatments were done by highly skilled and caring providers (shout out to Michella, Cody, Nancy and Trevor). 4.5 stars to Sagestone Spa and Canyon Breeze restaurant. >The spa had great relaxing lounge+views. Shower+steam rooms clean with ample supplies of products >The restaurant had great service and delicious food (don't skip the desserts!) along with ample gluten free selections. No daily specials on weekend as we'd been told. 3 stars to administration and the computerized systems as were lacking; poor & mis-communications while onsite, advance booking difficulties, and multiple emails, duplicate receipts and changed and multiple booking numbers for unknown reasons. Indoor pool was closed without advanced notice. Front desk staffing only started at 9:00am. Spa at 10am. 2 stars to >Canyon Counter cafe as had a very limited lunch selection with some menu items unavailable. Given its limited nature this impeded onsite lunch availability. >Outfitters hours did not extend past 5pm and selection of larger women's clothes was lacking Concerns include >Conservation - electricity for A/C in rooms auto set at 68 for arrivals, water conservation awareness and education not seen, recycling (can the Resort team with Ivin's?) >adding spa amenities between treatments like IR or dry sauna, stretching room with mats and pillows or props >the designated spa pool is for all resort guests and gets noisy
