This hotel exceeded our expectations! The architecture is really artistic, and its location right inside the scenic area is super convenient. The swimming pool is fantastic, and they even included complimentary tickets to the scenic area and professionally edited photos. In the evening, we watched the fountain and drone show, and even caught some fireworks from our room. The hotel's restaurant serves dinner with a strong flavor profile, but breakfast was quite good. During dinner, there was a singer who performed both English and Chinese songs, creating a great atmosphere.

The hotel is connected to the Dongfengyun Scenic Area, offering great views. It includes complimentary scenic area tickets, allowing guests to enter and exit the area freely during their stay. There are kaleidoscope-view rooms at Dongfengyun, and the hotel's architecture is quite interesting, perfect for photoshoots. The hotel's Chinese restaurant serves good food, and the overall service is prompt. The rooms are comfortable, with the only drawback being low water pressure in the shower.

Overall, it was pretty good and very relaxing. The hotel has a photo spot similar to the one used by Zhang Gong, which is great for taking pictures. The room had an excellent view, overlooking the scenic area and the Dongfengyun kaleidoscope. Plus, the hand soap and shower gel smelled lovely. As for dining, I tried the hotel's breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner. The afternoon tea was beautiful and perfect for photos, though a bit too sweet. The Dai-style wild fruit hotpot for dinner was very unique, but I'd suggest changing the chicken in the side dishes. Also, there weren't many entertainment options at the hotel; I only saw a pottery workshop. Luckily, on the weekend, there were drone shows and fireworks.

The environment and service are excellent. Every staff member at the hotel is friendly and professional. Highly recommended! The gym facilities are a bit limited; it would be even better if they had a rowing machine and stair climber.

As an Accor Gold member, we even received a welcome drink. **Room:** We booked a suite with 1 king-sized bed + 2 single beds, and two soaking tubs. Taking a bath in the room at night, looking up at the night sky (we even saw the drone rehearsal for Concert #3), was truly enjoyable. **Environment:** Absolutely amazing for photos. **Dining:** It was fully booked during the National Day holiday, so while breakfast was abundant, it was also incredibly crowded. We also had dinner at the hotel's Chinese restaurant, opting for a set meal for four. The lamb, chicken soup, and sea bass were all quite delicious. **Summary:** The hotel is excellent, and the staff are very warm and professional. However, I'd definitely recommend visiting when there are fewer people for an even better overall experience.

Bad review! My first time writing a long review to give a bad rating! 0. To be fair, the hotel facilities are good. 1. I booked a travel photoshoot at 6:48 PM the day before, and at 9 AM on the day of the shoot, I was informed there was no availability and that I should contact a third party to arrange a time myself. 2. I checked in at 2:52 PM on the day of my stay, and was told the room hadn't been cleaned yet. I finally received my room key at 3:36 PM. The front desk offered breakfast as an apology (the next morning, I had to wait for a table at breakfast, yes, wait for breakfast). They also gave me a welcome drink at the lobby bar – I'm not sure if this was part of the apology or standard. I chose orange juice, which was clearly just poured from a 1.5L carton of NFC juice. 3. I had dinner at the Western restaurant, a semi-buffet for 188 yuan per person. For 188, I didn't expect gourmet food, so I accepted that the only drinks were Coke, Sprite, and lemon water. However, the Wellington steak, clearly pre-treated with tenderizer, was truly outrageous. I wondered why Wellington steak and half a roasted chicken were placed side-by-side for selection – they're completely incomparable. (I spoke to the chef, who claimed no tenderizer was used. I don't know, but my tongue told me that a bouncy, tender, flavorless, soggy yet not juicy fillet is abnormal. Of course, maybe it's just because a country bumpkin like me doesn't eat steak often). 4. After dinner, I returned to my room to fill the private hot spring. Since I didn't know how to operate it, I asked the front desk. The front desk then asked if I wanted someone to disinfect it. While the front desk staff were very polite, are you implying that you think I booked this 2000-yuan room without intending to use the private hot spring, and therefore didn't need to disinfect it before giving me the room key? I'm truly speechless. 5. Inconvenient transportation. It took 20 minutes to get a Didi (ride-hailing service), and I almost missed my high-speed train.

This hotel has an incredibly stylish design; every shot I took turned out like a professional photoshoot. The rooms are also great, with the Oriental Charm scenic area visible right from the balcony. What truly stands out, however, is the staff's excellent attitude and service.
