The hotel is very nice, clean, comfortable, and pleasant. It is centrally located, with many places around within walking distance. The only problem is noise. There is absolutely no sound insulation in the rooms, and noises from outside and from neighboring rooms can be heard very clearly. Since the hotel is pet-friendly, many rooms have dogs, and they bark frequently. Conversations from other rooms and television sounds are also clearly audible. Room cleaning starts very early in the morning, and staff members talk very loudly among themselves while working. If you are looking to relax and get a good night’s sleep after a tiring day, this is not the right hotel for you.

One of the cosy hotel that I had stayed. With a lot of streets good just outside the Main road. Although parking area is limited. I will still choose this place for my next stay with I’m in Chiang Mai again. The room is spacious, the washroom is big. The place is beautiful inside, although the pool is kind of small but good enough for you to jump in and relax for a moment. Had a great stayed.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the university and right by the night market. As soon as you step out, there's a whole street full of food. The rooms are quite clean, and the service is good too. There's a delicious Malatang restaurant right next door.

The room was great and the location was perfect, right next to the Chiang Mai Night Bazaar in a Kyoto-style alley. The service was excellent, and the front desk staff were very polite. However, the internet was just okay, and connecting to Wi-Fi was a hassle because I had to open a login page and enter my username and password every time.

The room was spacious, and I loved the floor-to-ceiling windows that could open. The swimming pool was right next to the room. The staff were exceptionally friendly; every time I went for a swim, they'd bring me a towel.

It is very nice design and the best location. Easy to find something to eat. However the hotel cannot cover the rain for guests, it is wet and slippery till your room door.

Good location. There are many restaurants around the hotel also a night market. The laundry is just opposite the hotel which is very convenient. It's only about 10 mins drive to old town by taxi
