Even with only one night at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Mega Kuningan, the experience was nothing short of flawless. It’s rare to find a hotel that can make a short stay feel like a true vacation, but they nailed it. Efficiency: Check-in and check-out were lightning-fast, which I appreciated given my tight schedule. The Room: Impeccably clean and incredibly spacious. The bed provided arguably the best night's sleep I've had in months. The Highlights: I squeezed in a quick breakfast at Asia Restaurant—the variety is staggering even if you're in a rush—and a late-night dip in the tropical pool area, which felt like a hidden oasis in the city. Bottom Line: Whether you’re there for a week or just passing through for a night, the service remains the "Gold Standard." Highly recommended for a high-impact, low-stress stay.

The staff and the amenities were all fantastic in the hotel, especially all the staff who worked at the lobby. However I found that the club lounge staff and food choices and seating area were all incredibly dissapointing and not up to par with Ritz Carlton standards. Overall would stay again but Ritz needs to improve every aspect of their club lounge

We enjoyed our stay here after a long flight. The sauna and spa were very good. The pool had sun shining on it all day and the gym had good equipment. The breakfast had lots of food selections and we were very happy with the facilities in the room.

Old but still good hotel. Very good option with full board- you can visit lounge in 26th floor where you can get lunch, dinner, breakfast, sweets, alkohol from 6pm… Nice area with pool and another facilities, especially for kids.

One of the highlights of our stay at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Mega Kuningan was definitely the lounge experience. The lounge staff were all fantastic - warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect, always greeting guests with a smile and remembering small preferences, which made the experience feel very personal. The service was consistent throughout, whether during breakfast, afternoon tea, or evening cocktails. It really elevated the overall stay and made us feel well taken care of. A big thank you to the lounge team for their exceptional hospitality - we'll definitely be looking forward to coming back. The rooms were another standout feature.. spacious and very comfortable. There was plenty of room to relax, and everything was kept spotless. Combined with the luxurious amenities, it made unwinding after a long day effortless.

I had a really good staycation there. The service was top notch, everyone was attentive and friendly. They accept extra requests. Overall, a very pleasant stay!
