Excellent service at all stages - from reception to daily service. All services work perfectly. I would especially like to mention the receptionist Vida for her professionalism, friendliness, and hospitality.

This hotel is splendid. A world away from chaos outside. Adult only so immediately it is calm & relaxing. It’s clean well maintained. Excellent staff always willing to help. The poolside remains one of my favourites ever - there’s always beds and they are spaced out beautifully so you are not on your neighbours lap! There’s tonight for space at the pool even on busy days. Genuinely bliss. Good amenities in room, proper hairdryers,straighteners, shampoos etc. beach bags/towels provided- they think of everything. Only down side was the room service menu wasn’t great. Only ordered one thing & it wasn’t nice but that’s nothing compared to all the many positives of this hotel. Also right on the promenade for easy walking.

The staff were very good, friendly and helpful. Although situated on the coast, the beach was three minutes walk away, it wasn’t exclusive to the hotel. The food was very disappointing, too much thought on the presenting of the dish but the taste didn’t match up!. Breakfast was the best meal. Limited choice of wines, especially new world wines. In my opinion not worth the extra cost of the prestige rooms. I loved the Porte cockerel to the hotel and reception area, quite luxurious!.

A really lovely relaxing time with lovely staff/people in a great location with fantastic amenities at the hotel.
