The entire hotel, from the staff's service and hardware facilities to the overall ambiance, is incredibly relaxing and comfortable. The hotel's common areas are enveloped in greenery and art. The 'influencer' pool's green wall is stunning, and the restaurant's decor is very unique, perfect for photos. The gym equipment is also brand new, all Technogym. Breakfast is a mix of buffet and à la carte options; the English muffin with Thai poached eggs is particularly distinctive. There was a minor incident where the power in our room briefly went out in the morning. After it came back on, the air conditioning seemed to stop working for a bit. I messaged the butler on WeChat during breakfast, and it was resolved very quickly. The hotel then proactively called to apologize and offered us a late check-out and a car service to our next destination. I highly commend their service and strongly recommend this hotel.

My only gripe was the bathroom. The toilet and overall layout didn't quite match the hotel's positioning. Everything else was actually really good. The open-air bathroom on the terrace was unique and very spacious, haha. The Longkong fruit was delicious, and the balcony was also very large.

This is my third time in Chiang Mai, and this boutique hotel truly tells a story. It's housed in a century-old teak building, offering a serene environment with beautifully maintained gardens. The rooms are spacious, boast a retro decor, and the amenities are up to par. The butler service is also very attentive. The only drawback is its distance from the bustling areas, so you'll need to take a taxi to get around. However, if you appreciate the charm of an old house and prefer a quiet, relaxing vacation, this is an excellent choice.

I had a very pleasant stay. It was quiet and comfortable, perfect for a vacation. The front desk service was excellent, and they even had Chinese-speaking staff who responded super quickly.

The hotel is like a garden. Staying on the ground floor allows for an outdoor showering experience. The breakfast menu offers many choices, and the food quality is excellent. The service is warm and attentive, making it a small yet exquisite boutique villa hotel.

This hotel is fantastic, with excellent facilities and service. Our butler, Tucky, and all the staff were incredibly thoughtful. The room amenities, bedding, and meals were all great, and it's conveniently located for shopping. We made unforgettable memories here.

I extended my stay for two more days after the first night, and I'm extremely satisfied! Besides the excellent facilities and environment (honestly, for this price and quality, it's incredible value for money), the hotel also helps with SPA bookings and offers free airport transfers. The service is truly thoughtful. I slept wonderfully. The breakfast is delicious, and the daily in-room snacks are a special touch (they're different every day). If you want a comfortable, quiet stay in Chiang Mai, this place is definitely worth it.
