Terrible stay. You can see the actual hygiene conditions straight from the photos. The duvet provided looked yellowed, dirty, and worn out—it honestly looked like it hadn't been washed in ages. When I asked for a replacement, I was told they "only change them once a week." Even more unacceptable, the housekeeping staff actually hung my used towels right back up. The hotel claims that towels and toiletries are replaced and replenished every three days, but I booked an 8-night stay and never received any replacements or supplies the entire time. I contacted Trip.com for help, but the issue was never resolved. I simply couldn't stand staying there any longer and checked out a day early, yet they refused to refund the last night's room rate. The hotel's attitude during our communication was appalling. I also took a quick look at the breakfast and had zero appetite for it. From the cleanliness and service to their attitude in handling problems, I am beyond disappointed. This was a truly wretched stay, so consider this a warning to anyone planning to book here.

One of the things I was most looking forward to on my trip to Vienna was a concert in the Golden Hall. It is a dazzling and luxurious space, truly living up to its name as the "Golden Hall." The gleaming gold decorations, intricate carvings, and the sheer beauty of the ceilings and columns—the moment you step inside, you feel as though you’ve wandered into another world where music and art come alive. Then came the classical music, echoing through a hall steeped in history and prestige. The beautiful melodies filled the entire space, allowing me to savor Vienna's artistic culture not just with my eyes, but with my ears and my soul. A luxurious moment where the magnificent setting and elegant music melted into one. If you visit Vienna, the city of music, this is a truly special night you should experience at least once. 🎻✨

It's a really good place. Everything is nice, I will stay here again. The rooms are newly renovated, simple and fresh. The cleaning ladies are diligent and responsible, and everyone is very friendly and attentive to guests. The location is excellent, with easy access to all major attractions. It's in a quiet embassy district, and the breakfast is amazing! The only thing that needs improvement is the slow drainage in the shower; maybe it should be unblocked. I think I'll come back. I wonder if you'll welcome me?

Just a few minutes' walk from the station, it's conveniently located yet still quiet and peaceful. The breakfast lived up to its reputation – a wide variety and delicious. We stayed for two days, and the menu was different each day. Just a heads-up, there's no kettle in the room, which might be important for some.

This is a decent, no-frills hotel. The facilities are a bit dated, but it was generally okay. Our booking included breakfast, and the price was quite good. I'd consider staying here again if I'm back in the area.

Basically, the location is great and the staff are friendly. Although the facilities are a bit old, I'm satisfied just having air conditioning and a refrigerator.
