Okura Garden Hotel Shanghai

Traveling with seniors and children, the hotel was very thoughtful and upgraded our room type. The service was detailed and excellent. The elevators on the first floor never required a wait! 👍 The hotel's pool environment was also very comfortable. Our stay at the Garden Hotel was a fantastic experience!

I came specifically to stay here for two nights, having heard great things, and I truly experienced the professionalism, warmth, attentiveness, and courtesy of a top-notch hotel. I enjoyed the cleanliness, tranquility, comfort, and a wonderfully unconstrained sense of relaxation. I believe the Garden Hotel has a strong competitive edge in Shanghai, characterized by its approachability and welcoming atmosphere.

Staying at this hotel for a week while my daughter interned in Shanghai was a great choice! Its location was perfect for her, allowing easy subway access for work, and for me, offering plenty of options for exploring. It's just a 5-minute walk from the subway, with lots of small shops on Huaihai Road and Changle Road nearby, which was really convenient. Though the facilities are a bit old, it's very clean, and the courtyard is beautiful!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic, very Japanese-inspired, and gives off a vibe of prosperity. The service is superb, and for a five-star hotel in Shanghai, it offers incredible value for money. The location is excellent! Plus, it's very photogenic!

This hotel is located in a very 'Shanghai' central area, surrounded by old villas, malls, boutiques, and bars. It's perfect for a slow-paced vacation. Overall, I'm satisfied with this hotel. Even though it's an older property, the service and cleanliness are up to par. I'll definitely come back next time. In short, my girlfriend and I had a very comfortable stay. The hotel pool isn't big, but it's sufficient.

The environment is comfortable, and the location is excellent. The Japanese restaurant serves delicious food. The surrounding streets are perfect for a Citywalk, and shopping at the mall is also very convenient. The hotel has its own garden and parking lot.
