Hilton Dead Sea Resort & Spa

Room is comfy, staffs in the restaurant and sea side are very welcoming. The stay was great until the day of my check out(Feb 19), the female receptionist was being super rude and refuse to print me an invoice, and didn't even bother to say a complete polite sentence. Her unprofessional behavior ruined everything, can't believe this happened in a Hilton hotel. 床舒服备品好，餐厅和海边的工作人员都很热情友好，本来住的挺开心的，直到2月19日退房，前台有个女的摆臭脸，要invoice也不给我说发我邮箱，特别不耐烦的打发我走，然后到现在也没收到。

Really pleasant stay. The hotel handled clients professionally and services were very good. Carried my luggage through and salt sea experience was perfect. Breakfast was great too. Gym was well set and pool was beautiful. Nothing to complain.

A beautiful resort right on the Dead Sea with stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. The private beach, and floating experience in the Dead Sea are unforgettable. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, perfect for resting after a long day. A great place to relax, unwind, and enjoy one of the most unique natural wonders in the world.

Excellent location and service, very friendly staff and the hotel has all amenities needed for a family! I would absolutely recommend this hotel!

Overall, the stay was decent, but there were some disappointing aspects. The breakfast was very average, even somewhat poor, and definitely not worth the price. Another issue was the lack of guidance. I was assigned a room that was quite far from the lobby, and there was no clear direction or staff assistance on how to get there. I had to wander around for quite a while before finally finding my room. Parking was also confusing — there was no signage or staff at the entrance to guide me. I had to find the parking area on my own, park the car, and then go back to check in. I am currently staying at the Marriott in Petra, where the service has been excellent. As a Hilton member, this experience was a bit disappointing in comparison.

I stayed at this Hilton expecting a premium experience, but the room unfortunately didn’t meet that standard. I usually walk barefoot, and within minutes I could feel and see dust on my feet, which suggests the cleaning was either not done properly or was very rushed. The room layout also didn’t feel well thought out: the power plugs were placed in odd corners where you never actually use them, and there were none on one side of the bed, which made charging devices inconvenient. For a hotel in this category, I also expected a coffee machine in the room, especially since competitors consistently provide one. Small details make a big difference. The arrival experience was also disappointing. After receiving my room key, I wanted to take my bags myself so I could shower after a long trip, but the staff insisted they would handle it. I went to the room and waited, but no one came. I tried calling the front desk, but no one answered. When I went back down to the lobby to ask for my bags, the staff were chatting, and in the end I just carried them myself. In a premium hotel, this process is usually smooth and quick, with staff helping you get settled right after check‑in. Regarding security, I fully acknowledge that drones are not allowed in Jordan. The hotel’s security team handled the situation efficiently and professionally when they confiscated my drone and contacted the police. They followed the rules exactly as they should, which is reassuring from a guest‑safety perspective. I did have a 30‑minute police interrogation afterward, and they called me while I was at the restaurant, which was unexpected but part of the process. On the positive side, the pools are very nice, the sea experience was enjoyable, and the restaurant staff were friendly and welcoming. The reception staff were also very friendly throughout my stay, which I appreciated. Overall, while the facilities and some staff interactions were good, the room quality, cleanliness, layout, and arrival experience did not match the Hilton standard I’m used to. Based on this stay, I unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel.
