Meliá Aurea Nha Trang

It's so good.. Since it's a new establishment, everything is excellent. The breakfast is delicious and the small mini beach is amazing ❤️

The hotel is new. The staff are polite and try their best to help and resolve issues. Breakfast is very decent and varied, served from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Dinner is not a buffet. They bring you a menu (with prices), and you have to choose one salad/starter, one main course, one dessert, and one drink per person (4 items per person). You don't need to look at the prices. However, we didn't immediately understand how to order, as no one explained anything. Thanks to the couple at the next table, who gave us some tips. The pool on the 9th floor is very small, designed for toddlers. There's no outdoor pool. The beach isn't the best. The room is clean and has all the amenities. It would be good to have a scale. There's a mini-bar, but no prices are listed in the room. We only found out it was chargeable at check-out. The hotel left a pleasant impression, but it's definitely not suitable for a beach holiday.

A beautiful hotel, everything was great. They gave me a dessert for my birthday. The view from the balcony is also very beautiful. I recommend staying here.

Meliá Aurea Nha Trang, a five-star resort under the Spanish Meliá group, is located in northern Nha Trang. The entire resort is divided into two sections: Meliá Coral, featuring villas, and Meliá Aurea, the high-rise main building. While Coral focuses on villa-style accommodations, Aurea offers high-rise tower rooms. The high-floor sea view rooms in Aurea even offer a superior view experience compared to the villas, providing stunning panoramic views of the bay. The hotel's facilities are very new and well-maintained. The 8th floor hosts the dining area, and the 9th floor features an infinity pool with breathtaking ocean views, perfect for taking photos. The overall dining quality is impressive; breakfast offers a rich variety, including local Vietnamese specialties and a full range of Western dishes, all tasting great. Lunch and dinner primarily consist of Western cuisine, with consistent quality. During my stay, I encountered a minor issue, but the staff responded quickly after I reported it and promptly helped resolve it. Their service is commendable. This resort is ideal for a relaxing, 'lie-flat' vacation, but its location is its main drawback. It's about 50 kilometers from Cam Ranh Airport, costing around 120 RMB by taxi. It's also approximately 10 kilometers from Nha Trang city center, requiring about 40 RMB for each taxi ride into the city, making round trips time-consuming and costly. The island-hopping boat pier is about 25 kilometers away, and most island-hopping tours do not include transfers from this hotel, so you'll need to arrange your own taxi there. The surrounding area also lacks developed amenities, with only one convenience store. If you want to try local snacks or buy fruit, you'll need to go into the city. Overall, if your main goal is to relax at the hotel, the experience here is excellent. However, if your itinerary includes frequent visits to city attractions or island hopping, you'll need to accept the travel costs associated with its distant location. Overall, it was a perfect stay and highly recommended!

The staff at the reception, in front of the hotel, and at the restaurant were all brilliant. However, the experience by the pool wasn't pleasant, which is a shame because the resort is perfectly suited for a relaxing holiday. The breakfast was varied and high-quality. I recommend it.
