Phil & Anns Sunset Motel

The new(er) owner is doing a lot of improvements to the property. The outdoor areas are beautiful with several large firepits and a nice pool. The rooms are small as most motels are but it was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Lovely modest motel, updated, clean, had everything we needed. Pool and activities were a plus especially with 8 year old. All good, except we could not get up on the Wi-Fi, unclear why. All good, without Wi-Fi we had to talk to one another.

We only stopped for the night, but the property offered many amenities that our group would have enjoyed (sand volleyball, pool, fire pit, etc). The room was spacious and we enjoyed the laidback atmosphere.

Phil and Ann's was the perfect place for my quick visit to Charlestown. Room was clean and comfortable, and check in/check out was smooth. Would highly recommend!

everything was great. we had our bikes with us and I felt it was safe enough to keep them right on bike rack on car.

Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The grounds were beautiful and had so many extra perks from pool, sand box, different areas with fire pits to sit, and my son's fav- mini golf. I will definitely be staying here again in the future. Only complaint was the traffic was loud which is just because of the location. I'd recommend a sound machine for light sleepers.

We loved our brief stay at this hotel! Lovely grounds, very comfy room and easy check in and out!

It was just perfect! I only have one complaint, I rented this particular room with a door opening outside on the porch to be able to smoke. They still wouldn't allow any smoking outside your door. Unfortunately it rained out entire stay with no where dry to smoke. I understand , but for us smokers it wasn't pleasant. But it is very clean and well maintained with a lot of nice amenities!

The lodging was perfect for our stay. It was in close proximity to a great market and the Breachway. Check in was very easy, the room was very clean and had plenty of sets of towels and derivatives. Comfortable small room. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Happy staff....happy customer. Good luck with the beautiful renovations!
