Located in a nice little island. But the building itself is located all around the forest, and people at the top directed us to come through the forest way with lot of steep hills, not very family oriented as it’s all stairs and barely stroller or suitcase friendly. The room was ok I like that there were 3 washrooms and showers but the room was full of mosquitos prior entering, toothbrush and everything cost extra. We lived on first floor and first night it was okay mosquitos here and there and then second night out of nowhere around 4/5am we had over 100 huge flying bugs swarming into our room, all over our bed where we slept, millions on the floor none of my children could sleep after that , although front desk girl tried to be polite and apologizing the company itself does not care, no compensation or anything just trying to apologize and moving on. Did not enjoy it it was horrific with all my kids afraid and crying.
