Perfect location, right in the centre - and alongside the river. Room was very clean, albeit a little tired in areas. But lovely little place and for the price you’d struggle to find better. Bit noisy from the karaoke bar next door - but you get that with the city centre. Staff are fabulous

Had to move rooms 3 times due to no working AC. Rooms themselves were comfortable and the bed was comfy. The breakfast had a couple of choices which were plated for you. The pool was nice and shady perfect for the hot season. Hotel staff were polite and helpful in booking bikes and tuk tuks. Good location a little out of town but a 5 minute walk to the seahorse fountain.

Best location boutique in Kampot 😍 Just walk across the street, you guys can enjoy the best sunset along Kampot river. I really love the Green environment here. However, the rooms are a little small. Quiet zone during day time, yet there’s musical sound from neighboring pub at night. The pool is covered with big trees, I love it 😘

Everything about the hotel is great, except for the singing and incredibly loud music! There's a bar behind the hotel where live music starts sometimes at 3 PM, sometimes at 5 PM. EVERY DAY. It plays until 1:30-2:00 AM. And on Saturday, they suddenly turned on music for 20 minutes at 6 AM! It's incredibly loud. Earplugs helped a bit, but the bass was still noticeable. Otherwise, everything was great: the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location is within walking distance of a street with cafes and bars. The breakfasts were okay, and the coffee was good. The rooms were just like the photos, only a little more tired.
