As part of our exciting trip to Yale University, our group consisting of students, teachers, and parents stayed at the Quality Inn, and we couldn't have asked for a better location and experience! our trip to Yale University was greatly enhanced by our stay at Quality Inn. The combination of its convenient location, comfortable accommodations, and excellent service made it an ideal choice for our group of students, teachers, and parents. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Yale or the surrounding area!

The hotel is nice; it's a 2-star American chain hotel. I've stayed twice; breakfast is included. They have branches in many remote areas throughout the United States. Quality hotel, chain brand!

Check in was weird, guy gave my 10 year old daughter a dirty and weird look that she was asking to leave as she was so scared. Ceilings were peeling off, paint was coming off

******* in the lobby and parking lot. Mentally unstable combatants people in the lobby. TV service did not work in any of the rooms. Staff was helpful. Rooms themselves were clean and mostly quiet. The property evidently was paid a subsidy to house the unfortunate ones. Watched a man pee in the parking lot right next to my car in the middle of the day. The non subsidy hotel patrons seemed like normal folk. The property generally appeared to be located in a low rent district and not completely well maintained. The Included breakfast was adequate but pretty minimal in selection and quality of food. Old apples. Plain white and wheat bread for toast. Boxed cereal. They did have a juice machine and one waffles maker. I would not recommend

It appears to be a remodeled place: fixtures in my bathroom were poorly installed, floor makes the sole of your feet black so I had to buy flip flops from target. Breakfast is nothing to talk about: no protein. Only 1 waffle maker, some cereals and slices of bread. I went for breakfast only one time and chose not to waste my time. Housekeeping was good in changing beddings and removing trash. Floor not carpeted and dirty always. Noisy neighbors that made me request refund so I could leave. All in all, not a happy client.

The room was clean, the staff was fast with the check in. Easy to access and full bathroom renovated. To stay one night is perfect.
