Nickelodeon Resorts Riviera Maya

The hotel, the best but to pricy, so gritty expecting 6000 pesos for a less than 50 dollars game. Also not making up to the agreement, between Trip and Nickelodeon together. Last time I use both

Excellent destination and the best price was found on trip.com. My 8 year old son had the time of his life! I highly recommend this resort if you are traveling with kids!

It was our 4th visit to Nickelodeon Riviera Maya. Our kids now 3 and 7 love it. This time we brought another family (friends) and they also enjoyed their stay with their kids. Park is awesome, rooms are very nice and comfortable, staff is very helpful and the general ambiance is perfect for families with children. Of course everything that is not included is overpriced but we just accept it. I recommend Nickelodeon Riviera Maya to anyone with kids and who can afford it. It’s unique and magical if you are a fan.

Place is beautiful and lots of fun for kids. Room was beautiful. Food and drinks were ok. My issue was the lack of information shared with me about the hotel amenities and days events. We got there early and waited until 4:30. They never called me to inform me the room was ready. They also didn’t explain the check out procedure. I didn’t know about the QR code for events and missed many events on day one. Just wish a detailed email with information about the resort would have been shared before we arrived.

The manager held me and my children hostage for hours! Refused to allow valet to bring me my car. Law enforcement was called. Terrible experience! To top it off my 7 year old son almost lost his finger! The doors to the restroom in the lobby weigh a TON! It smashed and cut his finger open almost amputating it!

Staff are very helpful, eager to help and was very good with communicating in either French or English, which we find amazing. Room was clean and comfy. Water was clean. The water park was loads of fun.
