The hotel, the best but to pricy, so gritty expecting 6000 pesos for a less than 50 dollars game. Also not making up to the agreement, between Trip and Nickelodeon together. Last time I use both

Terrible service from staff, seem like the main goal was to sell you something overprized and the time share. Will not come back

All staff was amazing we have a special needs son and everyone was super caring and understanding, Vivian and Jasmin were outstanding

At check in, concierge did not provide any instructions about keeping the AC below 24C because of their floors quickly condensation that takes place when you open the doors to go in and out of the room. My kid slipped and fell and hurt himself. He almost hit his head on the table. When we told the staff, they acted like it was obvious. But they admitted to training their staff on notifying people who check in moving forward. There are no signs of caution in the room either. The condensation happened to fast they had someone come in and wipe down the walls as well as the floors. The TV needed to be configured 4 times while we were there. The AC stopped working at night and it smelled bad. We had to constantly call reception multiple times the first night there. We were told we booked the best room there - the penthouse. There was a fruit fly found in our pizza. We sent them photos and they didn’t address it. We had a poor experience.

Everything was perfect. Transportation was a breeze, food was good, customer service 10/10. Only downfall is the beach was full of sargassum but that is normal around this time and out of the resorts hands.

Water park is separate but there was always courtesy vans waiting to move you around. Pool outside our balcony was very cool to relax. Waiter at Pizzas restaurant was amazing and waiter at Bikini bottoms (Gustavo) I believe that was he’s name was excellent. Food at all the restaurants was delicious. Grandson(5yrs) had a blast at water park and pool. Highly recommend if You got lil ones.

We stayed at Nickelodeon & had a wonderful vacation. The resort is beautiful, very family-friendly, and our kids loved the character experiences, water park, and pajama party. The staff was generally kind and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of an uncomfortable experience related to a marketing presentation. We bought tickets to an experience and were later told that attending a membership presentation was required, which was not clearly explained when we originally agreed to the offer. On our last day, we felt pressured to attend the presentation and were repeatedly approached about it, even after expressing that we were not interested. I understand that resorts offer vacation memberships, but I believe guests should be informed of all requirements upfront so they can make an informed decision. As parents traveling with young children, we did not want to spend part of our last vacation day in a sales presentation. Aside from that experience, we truly enjoyed our stay and made great memories with our children. My advice to future travelers is to ask for all details and conditions before accepting any promotional offers.

Great family hotel !! Lots of activities throughout the day !!! Everyone is very nice !!! Good food options!!! Didn’t like the fact that couldn’t get in beach due to the seaweed . Waterpark so much fun

This experience was horrible. They got our ages wrong and charged us more. They were soooo rude about it and no one would even bother talking to our agent or checking our booking. They could care less. We didn’t get a welcome drink despite asking multiple times. The staff is overall clueless and they will always say we don’t know or don’t speak English. We paid 3400 for 2 nights and were given the worst service. The food was also not good at all. The waterpark was the best part but it is flooded with locals so a heads up if you are thinking you’re paying for an exclusive resort. I wish I had known all this before. I am most upset with the service we received. The amount we paid should have at least given us service that cares.
