The hotel's location is excellent, and the pool and views are unbeatable. It offers great value for money. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit old, and the carpet felt damp and uncomfortable. Everything else was perfect. The complimentary 30-60 minute photo shoot was a nice and convenient bonus too.

The hotel is very clean and quiet. It's close to West Street, but a small hill separates it, ensuring a very comfortable night's sleep. The room we booked faced the Li River, offering excellent views. Facilities: There's a swimming pool and a gym, and the gym was very clean. Service: The hotel staff were very polite, and any service we requested was promptly delivered. The hotel's bottled water was surprisingly delicious! 😀 I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Yangshuo.

For this trip to Yangshuo, I chose the Biliam Hotel and my experience was even better than expected. The hotel's location is superb, with the distant mountains softly outlined. The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was wonderfully soft – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The most heartwarming surprise was that it happened to be my mother's birthday on the day we checked in. The hotel prepared a bowl of handmade longevity noodles, along with fresh local fruits. It was a completely unexpected delight, and all the travel fatigue melted away with this thoughtful gesture. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Yangshuo, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

The environment is elegant, the hygiene is very clean, and the service is excellent. It's also very close to West Street, just a few minutes' walk away. There's a really good restaurant right across from the hotel. I'll definitely consider staying here again next time I visit.

I initially thought a five-star hotel would guarantee a good experience, but I can't say it was bad; it was absolutely terrible. It's a complete waste of such a good location. This is, hands down, the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, even worse than a 200 RMB apartment in Guangzhou. I have no idea how it got its five-star rating. As soon as I arrived at the hotel entrance, my heart sank. Seriously, is it *that* old? It looks like something from the last century. Since I'd already booked, I figured I'd just stay to avoid the hassle. After checking in, I asked the front desk attendant to add three breakfasts. The lady said, "You can go to the restaurant tomorrow morning to take a look and decide if you want to buy them then." (After seeing the breakfast the next day, I realized how kind that front desk lady was). We walked down a long, dark corridor, turning left and right until we finally reached our room. My child, who is usually quite honest, said the hotel was a bit scary – old, dark, and small. It's miles away from being a five-star hotel. If you're bothered by outdated facilities, absolutely do not choose this place!!!

This is an established five-star hotel. The front desk staff provided warm and thoughtful service. The hotel offers great value for money, and the rooms directly face the Li River. The rooms are clean and tidy, and there's free parking available. West Street is just around the corner.

The room facilities are great. It's really pleasant to sit on the balcony, sip tea, and watch the Li River. The shower pressure is strong enough, and the breakfast offers a good variety! The golden view outside the restaurant is beautiful. Nice!
