Yangshuo is truly a charming little town. I stayed at the Balian River View Hotel, which has a very convenient location and a stunning, picturesque interior garden. The surrounding area is quite lively, and it's only about a 5-minute walk to West Street, making it super convenient. The hotel room was very clean, and the front desk service was attentive, handling issues with great patience and promptness. Absolutely wonderful!

Although the hotel is a bit dated, the lobby is grand and the rooms are very clean. Above all, the views are fantastic. It offers a tranquil retreat in a bustling location, and walking to West Street is very close and convenient. The staff are warm and polite. The concierge service allows you to rent an e-bike without a deposit, and they also helped us book tickets for the Impression Liu Sanjie show, which was super convenient.

I stayed at the Balian Riverview Hotel last year and loved its convenient location and river views. This year, I specifically brought some friends to Yangshuo to stay here again. While I was at it, I checked out other hotels in the area within the same price range, which only confirmed that choosing the Balian Riverview Hotel was the right decision—the value for money is exceptional. From the hotel's well-established, high-end amenities to the well-trained front desk and housekeeping staff, and most importantly, not having to wade through the bustling roadside crowds to find the scenery—you can enjoy the rolling peaks and the serene beauty of the Li River without ever leaving the hotel.

My stay at the Grand Hotel Lijiang was fantastic! The balcony view was absolutely stunning, directly overlooking the Lijiang River with the karst mountains spread out in the distance. The scenery was picturesque; every photo I took turned out beautifully. The room was spacious, and the large bed was wide and comfortable. The hotel itself was quiet despite being in a bustling area. The location was a huge advantage, making it easy to get to West Street, nearby restaurants, and various attractions. It was so relaxing to sit on the balcony, feel the breeze, and gaze at the distant mountains and the Lijiang River!

The hotel has a fantastic location right at the entrance of West Street, making it convenient to go anywhere. The staff provided great service.

Our last stop on the Guilin National Day holiday trip was Yangshuo! After looking at many hotels and guesthouses, we finally chose this one! The service was excellent – a truly service-oriented hotel. For parking, a security guard guided us and led us to the front desk for check-in, proactively asking about our luggage. The check-in process at the front desk was also well-organized and quick. They even offered each of us a complimentary drink (perfect for enjoying back in the room or before heading out to explore). Every staff member we encountered greeted us with a smile, which I think is quite rare and impressive. Our requests made during booking were all met (even though they said they'd try their best and couldn't guarantee everything, they did a great job 😊). Before we went out to explore, the front desk staff proactively asked about our plans. If we hadn't booked tickets for certain attractions, they'd offer to help book them, and if we had, they'd wish us a pleasant trip. The western restaurant also offered late-night congee, and the breakfast selection was very comprehensive. The hotel is close to Yangshuo West Street and the Liu Sanjie show, both within walking distance. It successfully avoids the noise of West Street while still being in a central location. The only downside is the soundproofing, but guests were generally considerate, so it didn't affect our rest. If you're going to Yangshuo and are overwhelmed by the many hotels and guesthouses, worried about inconsistent service, and unsure how to choose, this hotel is definitely a great option!

The room is excellent, and the view is perfect. The river-view room is fantastic; you can directly see the river, which feels like a scene from a painting! The hotel's facilities are all well-equipped, and the swimming pool is also great; you can even swim until 11 PM.

The overall service was good, and the room was exceptionally clean. What made it even better was the great weather, and being right by the pool was incredibly convenient, which the kids absolutely loved.
