Second time staying here, and honestly, probably my last. 😔 Chose it again for the great location, but the experience was completely ruined by the staff. The rudeness was next level. They struggled big time with foreigner registration, then gave me a shabby, dated room that looked nothing like the photos online. I had to argue to get switched to a higher-floor room — the kind I got last time without any fuss. But what really crossed the line? I called to ask for the WiFi password, and the staff member literally shouted at me and lost her temper. Yes, my Chinese isn't great, but instead of helping, she told me to go down to the first floor to ask. Eventually gave me the code in English. And the WiFi? It didn't work at all. The new room was clean, at least. But no USB outlets — only standard sockets — and the AC was crazy loud. The photos on the website are seriously misleading. Price absolutely does not match quality. I really wanted to leave a nice review, but here we are. A little politeness and passion from the staff would go such a long way. Would not stay again. --- 中文版 第二次住这家酒店，大概率也是最后一次了。😔 选它是因为位置确实好，但这次的入住体验全毁在了员工身上。毫无礼貌可言。给外国人办入住手忙脚乱，还先给我安排了一间又旧又廉价的房间，和网站照片完全不符。要不是我知道上次住得更好、硬去理论，根本不会给我换到高楼层的好房间。 最离谱的是，我打电话去问WiFi密码，接电话的员工居然直接吼我，脾气大得吓人。对，我中文不好，但她不仅不帮忙，还让我自己下一楼去问。最后才用英语报了密码。结果WiFi呢？根本连不上。 换后的房间倒是干净的。但没有USB充电口，只有普通插座，空调也吵得不行。房间其他方面看着还行，但网站照片真的太照骗了。价格完全配不上品质。 我本来真的不想给差评，但实在忍不了。但凡员工能多一点礼貌和热情，体验会完全不一样。不会再来住了。

The hotel is quite old, but it’s in a convenient location. It could use some renovation. The air conditioning works very well.
