The hotel service was really excellent! Breakfast and dinner were also delicious, and the hotel's surroundings were beautiful. The only downside was the number of red ants at night! I got bitten in bed! The hotel gave me a complimentary spa session because of this, so overall, I'm very satisfied!

The environment at this hotel is absolutely breathtaking! 🤩 With endless rice paddies and a volcano in the distance 🌋, I was so happy I could fly! Plus, there's a gentle stream flowing right by our room. The only downside was no air conditioning 🤣, but it wasn't hot at all in the evening.

The hotel has beautiful, secluded cabins perfect for relaxing and spending a few peaceful days. It also has a fantastic pool, even if it's a bit of a walk. Our experience wasn't great because upon arrival, we had to wait a while as our room wasn't ready (at 3 PM). We understood, and it wasn't a big deal, plus they kindly offered us a massage during the wait, which we appreciated. The real issue arose when, an hour after finally being shown to our cabin, they told us we had to move because it wasn't the correct one, and relocated us to a much worse one. Naturally, that wasn't pleasant. Another negative point is the staff's internal communication; they use a WhatsApp group for everything, and you have to report things multiple times because they don't coordinate well. It's a shame because the facilities themselves are lovely.

Amazing place. Complete immersion in nature. I'll definitely be back!
