Best Western Cinemusic Hotel

The room's hygiene was terrible; there were ants all over the floor and bed. When I reported it to the front desk, they said they would clean it, but no one ever came. The room temperature was also too high, and the air conditioning was ineffective, making it impossible for me to sleep. The only positive was that the front desk staff were always very polite when I spoke to them.

This is a fantastic hotel! It's just a few hundred meters from a metro station exit, and you can reach two different metro lines within a 10-minute walk. This makes getting around incredibly convenient, and you can get to all of Rome's famous attractions directly. The breakfast spread is also very diverse. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and tidy. It's amazing to find such a great hotel in the city center at such a low price. And the guy at the front desk is a handsome Italian, too!

The hotel is nice and the location is quite convenient, right next to a residential area. It's less than a 10-minute walk to the nearest subway station, and there's a supermarket nearby which is very handy. The room has just been renovated, and although it's not huge, it's perfectly adequate.

The front desk staff was incredibly kind. They thoughtfully showed me to the elevator and were very considerate throughout my stay, which made for a truly pleasant experience.

Everything was great, except it's a bit far from the island. It takes about a ten-minute walk to get to the bus stop. On a nice day, this probably wouldn't be an issue, but it was raining when we arrived, so we decided to drive ourselves to the island. It's very convenient to get to, right off the highway.

Second stay here, and the transportation is still very convenient.
