This hotel is perfectly located right by the Two Rivers and Four Lakes, with Gu Nan Gate right at its doorstep. It was lovely to take a stroll along the lake after dinner. The Sun and Moon Twin Pagodas are just a short walk away, and on the way, you can even stop at the Haoyouyuan local specialty shop to buy souvenirs that they can ship for you – super convenient! The hotel also offers a travel photography service, which is fantastic! The hotel's furnishings feel really high-quality. If you need anything, the butler is there immediately! Both the front desk staff and the photography team were incredibly friendly and professional. They even had craft activities for kids, like fingerprint art and dyeing traditional fans, which my little one absolutely loved! We'll definitely be back.

We could easily walk to major attractions like the Sun and Moon Pagodas and Elephant Trunk Hill, making sightseeing incredibly convenient. Strolling by the lake offered a poetic glimpse into Guilin's famous landscapes. The surrounding area was peaceful and quiet, a true oasis amidst the bustle, allowing us to fully enjoy the natural beauty. The staff provided meticulous and considerate service throughout our stay, promptly addressing all our needs. Whether for sightseeing or a relaxing break, this guesthouse is perfectly suited. Our overall experience was fantastic, and I'll definitely choose it again on my next trip to Guilin. I wholeheartedly recommend it to fellow travelers.

They answered all my questions, making me feel right at home!

Getting to major attractions is also super convenient with easy access to taxis, making sightseeing a breeze. The overall decor has a chic, retro vibe, creating a wonderful ambiance. It's elegant, comfortable, and beautiful, with some room types even featuring a small tea station for a relaxing break. The rooms are spacious and grand, with brand-new, comprehensive facilities. The bathroom features a convenient wet and dry separation, and the layout is neat and tidy. The soft, skin-friendly, high-quality bedding ensures you can unwind and get a fantastic night's sleep. The service is meticulous and heartwarming. Upon arrival, we were offered a refreshing welcome tea, and they thoughtfully provided fresh fruit and even exquisite desserts in the evening. The in-room mini-bar is fully stocked with drinks and snacks, showing great generosity. The entire staff is warm and attentive, with a dedicated butler service that caters to every detail. The hotel's breakfast combines set meals with a buffet, offering a rich variety of delicious options. The buffet area is simple and clean, and their signature freshly made Guilin rice noodles are authentic and flavorful, making for an excellent breakfast experience. Overall, the stay was perfect. The environment, room types, and service were all impeccable. It's definitely my top choice for a stay in Guilin – a truly exceptional experience!

The room environment is excellent, and the service at Furongdan was fantastic. They even upgraded my room, which I absolutely loved. Staying here in Guilin is definitely the right choice!

This hotel boasts an excellent location, nestled within the Banyan Lake scenic area of the Two Rivers and Four Lakes. From the moment I stepped in to check in, my mood was instantly lifted. The hotel clearly prioritizes scent management, so the lobby always smells wonderful with their signature fragrance. The check-in process was also incredibly thoughtful; instead of standing, you can simply sit comfortably on a sofa to complete the formalities. The front desk attendant immediately offered a famous local luo han guo tea and a warm hand towel, which instantly melted away the fatigue of travel. This kind of thoughtful detail is a 'ceremony' I've experienced for the first time in all the hotels I've stayed at, and it was perfectly executed! The front desk attendant helped us with our luggage to the room and gave us a tour. The entire space was incredibly comfortable. The room's minibar offered a good selection, with juices, sparkling water, and more. The snacks were also thoughtfully chosen, with popular flavors that most people would enjoy. The bedding, pillows, and bathrobes in the room were exceptionally comfortable, easily meeting five-star hotel standards. The specially customized souvenir gifts, like the hotel's cushion comb and canvas bag, were very meaningful. In such a wonderful hotel, these items became precious mementos of our trip. ✨ The housekeeping staff were all very kind and friendly, and even offered to help us dispose of our takeout trash. Even our dirty laundry was taken care of; we just had to leave it by the door and inform our butler. The next morning, we woke up to find our clothes washed and neatly folded. The service at Fuyungdan (the hotel name is implied here) is truly heartwarming! Our butler also recommended many local eateries, snacks, and must-see attractions, proving to be a very trustworthy guide! If I visit Guilin again, this hotel will definitely be my first choice, and I highly recommend it to family and friends! I hope the hotel continues to thrive! 😄

The hotel boasts beautiful views right in the heart of Guilin. I loved the Wabi-sabi design style, and the facilities are quite unique. The room was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast had a good selection, and surprisingly, the rice noodles were even better than those outside! It's super convenient for shopping, and there are plenty of local specialty restaurants nearby. Right outside the hotel entrance is Gu Nan Men, a historic and culturally significant Guilin landmark, as well as the city's water system, the Two Rivers and Four Lakes. It was really pleasant to take a stroll right from the hotel entrance, enjoying the scenery. The hotel's travel photographer was also excellent and very patient, and the two high school students cooperated wonderfully. We were very happy with the photos, and we'd definitely come back if we have the chance.

Luckily, we got an upgrade to a room with a large screen during the off-peak season. This was by far the best hotel during my Guilin trip. The room was surprisingly stunning, clean, and the service was excellent. The staff spoke very good English, and the complimentary fruit was delicious. There's a small park right next to the hotel where many locals sing and dance, which can be a bit noisy and impacts privacy a little. In the morning, I had a travel photoshoot experience at the hotel; the makeup artist and photographer were fantastic, and I ended up with many satisfying photos. However, the selection process required a video conference with the staff to share my screen, which wasn't very convenient. The hotel breakfast included a buffet and a rice noodle set, which was quite substantial. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and would definitely consider staying here again if I have the chance.
