The hotel boasts a beautiful environment, conveniently located near the entrance to the Baoding Mountain Grottoes scenic area. It's just a 15-minute walk to the Dazu Rock Carvings Museum, which is very handy. Upon check-in and check-out, the front desk staff were polite and attentive, and even helped arrange an electric shuttle to the scenic area entrance. During check-in, the front desk staff upgraded my room to a second-floor room with a balcony overlooking the lotus pond. The hotel staff, especially Sun Xiaofeng, were particularly courteous and thoughtful, proactively asking guests if they'd like to dine to make restaurant arrangements. Today, during check-out, it was raining heavily. I took an electric shuttle from the front desk to the hotel parking lot to wait for my ride-hailing car. The driver was incredibly accommodating, letting me wait in the car for over half an hour, saving me from waiting in the rain. Superb! Additionally, I had dinner at the hotel on both evenings. The service staff were attentive, and the food was delicious and generously portioned. Breakfast was also exquisite, and the service staff were polite and thoughtful. I will definitely stay at the Guantang Hotel again when I revisit Dazu Rock Carvings in the future, and I'll recommend it to my friends.

Facilities: The hotel is well-equipped and offers a private parking lot, which saves on parking fees at the Dazu Rock Carvings scenic area. However, the door locks are quite unique—they are the old-fashioned latch style. If one person goes out while another stays behind to rest in the room, it's quite difficult to lock from the inside. Cleanliness: Overall cleanliness is fine. The rooms, public areas, and bedding were all very clean. Environment: The hotel is located right next to the scenic area on a pedestrian street with traditional architecture, just a few minutes' walk to the entrance of the Dazu Rock Carvings. The biggest advantage of staying here is being able to reach the entrance before the scenic area officially opens and head straight to the Dazu Buddha Bay. This gets you inside ahead of other tourists—we used this trick during National Day to beat the crowds. Service: The staff were all very welcoming, especially the guys driving the golf carts. They proactively ask tourists where they're heading and give you a lift if they're going your way, saving your legs. The breakfast was also good, and the restaurant staff were very nice. The hotel has its own dinner restaurant with reasonable prices and great food. Here is a suggestion: The hotel is managed in a resort style, but the circulation and layout definitely have some issues. When checking out, guests have to drag their luggage to the lobby to complete the checkout process, and then go back to the parking lot to get their car. However, the path from the lobby to the parking lot passes right by the accommodation area. It is suggested to place a small box at the door of each room. After checking out, guests could simply leave the key in the box, and the housekeeping staff could use a walkie-talkie to notify the front desk that room XX has checked out. Housekeeping could also directly use the key in the box to open the door for cleaning, eliminating the need to go back to the front desk to get keys. This would greatly enhance the guest experience.

The environment is beautiful, and the location is excellent, within walking distance of Baodingshan Scenic Area. The front desk service was great, and they upgraded my room for free. The uncle who helped with luggage was also very kind; as soon as the car arrived at the parking lot, he appeared to help move the bags. The only minor drawback is that the facilities are a bit dated, but that doesn't detract from the overall experience; I had a wonderful rest.

The staff were very professional and enthusiastic. The breakfast had a wide variety of options. It was very convenient to take the shuttle bus from the hotel's parking lot directly to the hotel lobby for check-in. The Baoding Mountain Grottoes scenic area is just a few minutes' walk from the hotel.

The room was great, and the front desk service was excellent with a wonderful attitude. They even escorted us to our room, which made for a really good experience. The breakfast in the morning had a wide variety of options.

The last time I stayed here, it was managed by New Century, and I had a pretty good impression. This time, staying here again, it felt a bit desolate, with even fewer shops around. The room also looked a bit older than before. The only evening activity I saw was an open-air movie, haha. However, dinner at the restaurant downstairs was quite good. Also, the price for the National Day holiday was very cheap.

The service was incredibly enthusiastic. The front desk staff, drivers, and room service were all very proactive. Sun Xiaofeng, in particular, left a deep impression with her active and helpful service. The environment is beautiful, and the climate is pleasant.

The hotel is located between the tourist center and the scenic area. If you're driving, you need to inform the hotel of your license plate number in advance to access the hotel, then walk to the scenic area. The hotel facilities are simple and unpretentious.
